VETROCAR FIDENZA: Professionalism, assistance, reassurance and such a warm welcome
We visited Vetrocar Fidenza following damage to our windscreen and as they are the partner company of our motor insurance. Facing the challenge of dealing with an international insurance claim for the first time as a new branch, Ramona and the team couldn't have been more delightful and helpful.
We were greeted with smiles, professionalism and expertise.
Ramona went out of her way to help us have a replacement windscreen within two days, as we were moving on out of the area.
The new windscreen was fitted professionally and quickly, it was spotless. We were astounded to find the car had been cleaned inside too.
I can't speak highly enough of this team and their new branch and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone requiring an assessment, repair or replacement of their windscreen.
International clients should be reassured of the greatest care and (although we speak Italian) an inherent ability and desire to communicate in English! We were indeed made "very welcome"!
