Everyone worked really hard, and thats honestly all I could ask for. During the process my loan officer had to go on maternity leave and the switch was as seamless as possible with someone walking me through each step of the process. This is my second time going with Veterans United and I will do it again when and if the time comes again. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Of course buying a home can be very overwhelming since it’s the biggest purchase most people will make in their life and because this is my second time purchasing, a lot of things has changed since 2008. However the team that is assigned to you when you first start the process of purchasing a home from Veterans United are highly knowledgeable and professional in their area of expertise. I’m glad I had a team to “ hold my hand” throughout the process and where with me set of the way to closing. Yes, I would most definitely recommend veterans to give them a try when you are ready to make a purchase in a home.

They really simplified the home process. My loan officer Maggie was especially helpful attentive, and my realtor Dave was very honest and friendly.

We have been through it looking for a home to call our own! When I say if it weren't for Madison Yant we would have given up and walked. Over this last year we have been put through the ringer, hours getting cut, cars dying, and of course everyday life things. We got to the home stretch on 2 different homes and poof something said nope not this time, Madison was there each and every time with helpful delight. When we needed answers but didn't get them she got them. I cannot say enough about how Madison is an awesome person and really will try to look out for her clients. If your realtor can't or won't answer you ask your rep, if they are worth their salt they will get the bottom line answer.
If it wasn't for Madison, with Veterans United, we would not have a future home.
