Ordered a patio set and only the chairs turned up. When I called to see when the table would arrive, I was told it was out of stock. Now I have to wait for the chairs to be picked up to return them. Time slot given - 7am to 7pm! I think This whole situation could have been avoided. If the table is unavailable, don’t sell the set!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today.

My allocated delivery slot was between 10am and 1pm, however the delivery did not arrive until after 2pm.

I specifically purchased this dishwasher through Very because the offer included the services I needed, and I paid for both installation of the new appliance and removal of my old dishwasher.

When the delivery team arrived, they advised they could not disconnect my existing dishwasher because they were unable to turn the blue isolation valve and did not want to force it. I completely understand them not wanting to risk causing damage, however this meant I was initially told they could neither install my new dishwasher nor remove the old one – despite me having paid for both services.

We then managed to turn the valve and disconnect the old dishwasher ourselves, which allowed the team to take it away. However, my new dishwasher was still not installed.

I have therefore been left with a brand-new dishwasher sitting disconnected, despite specifically paying for an installation service. I now have the additional inconvenience and potential expense of arranging for somebody else to connect an appliance that I had already paid to have installed.

I was advised that I would receive refunds for the services that could not be provided, and I expect these to be processed in full.

Overall, between arriving more than an hour outside the allocated delivery window and leaving without completing the installation I had paid for, the service has been extremely disappointing. Had I known I would ultimately be left having to arrange the installation myself, I would not have chosen this particular delivery and installation package.

Ski jacket arrived quickly and at a good price. Happy with my purchase.

Very pleased with quick delivery just a shame my daughter had to go searching for the parcel. As not delivered to her front door was left downstairs in a corridor by main entrance which is not good anyone could of taken it

I the washing machine from Very at a good price. I paid for next day delivery and instlation of the new machine. I got a text the same night to say the courier could not do next day and they would contact me next day to arrange delivery. I got the machine 3 days later, delivered by 2 men who said they had only just started working for the delivery people but had not been trained to fit the machine! After lots of calls and then getting back to Very again, I was told the fitters would be in touch to fit the machine. The Lady also refunded the next day delivery charge. So, here I am, new machine, old machine with the scrap man and a huge pile of washing, waiting for the fitters to contact me. If I had know I was going to have this much of a headache I would have gone to Curry's or somewhere else. I did enjoy the browsing of the washing machine range but I think the currier that Very is using has let them down on this one.
