If you use buy now pay later

If you use buy now pay later, make sure you find the section to pay that because it’s separate from the normal very account.
As I’m now going to pay upwards of £2400 for a laptop that cost £1100.

my experience with the very team was excellent they were very efficient from me placing my order.
The gentleman I spoke to in customer services was very helpful and extremely polite and the service I received from him was 100% satisfactory well done very and keep up the good work

I phoned up to make a payment and the…

I phoned up to make a payment and the lady on the phone was very rude all because I couldn’t answer a security question. The question was what was my last order but as it was over two years ago I couldn’t remember all I wanted to do was make a payment.

I pre ordered my Samsung z fold 8 from here and I have to say they delivered it perfect on the pre order day without any problems at all and with royal mail tracked signed for great service

Worst company ever

I will never use this company again as It says pay in 3 but I’ve been paying them for the past 6 months for the one product and each time I get in touch they then say I’m not paying for individual orders as they go towards all the orders so I won’t be using them after I finished paying them off which should be Christmas 20never so stick with Littlewoods if I were you guys

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. For some reason they use yodel to post things. Or inpost as they are called now.
They were unable to find my house and sent me an email to contact very.
I rang very and got through to the single worst call centre agent I have ever spoke to. Barely listened to me, constantly asked me to repeat myself, said “bear with me” too many times in 2 minutes I lost count at 10 times.
I asked for a manager and she refused saying there was none available. I informed her I was happy to wait. She refused again.

Did she resolve my issue? Of course she didn’t. Instead she did the worlds most unhelpful thing by telling me she had “updated” my delivery address to my actual address, the same address inpost already had. I asked if she is just sending them the same address that they couldn’t find, how will they find it this time?
I was told that she didn’t know and I’d have to call them.
Pathetic, I’ll be cancelling my account.
