10 years as my cellular provider
10 years as my cellular provider. They're unwilling to give competive offer or rebates. They charge 12 dollars internationally daily while others don't. There was no fight to retain me as a customer. I was on the phone for 1.5 hrs and cold transfered twice. 0/10 stars, not competive. Feels great to cancel with them.
I have Verizon and I am leaving Period
I have Verizon and I am leaving due to horrible service, hidden fees, broken promises a robot who has no answers and just repeats you and gives you gibberish that does not give you answers does not give solutions continues to just repeat the obvious which is what you tell them. Now I am aware this is tactic being used by intelligence agencies because there is no way that when I call I cannot speak to anyone ever and it is the exact same robotic person that sounds like an uneducated, black woman, and I’m not saying black women are uneducated. I’m saying it sounds like a black woman and it sounds like someone who’s uneducated at the same time. And so to add insult to injury they made promises for credits and things on my bill due to issues that were caused by the system, their products, equipment and agents, mind you these were issues that had nothing to do with the customer, which is myself, yet not only did they fumble the ball and not keep to one single promise, not provide not one single day of help because whatever they offered only cost me more because the bill continue to rise instead of giving me some relief and credit for me doing my part, honoring every promise to Pay and honoring them on time yet I could not get treated fairly and like a loyal customer, they claimed and know that I am. This was the most unreliable and useless attempt to be a lawyer customer to and entity who is not loyal to their customers. However, this did not disturb me. It does not anger me because there are 1000 companies out there to provide what we need if they think that costing me more money is depleting my resources, unnecessarily, causing me stress and all this and that it is not working, so you undercover devils with you organizations that help you try and cause people to appear to be mentally ill as they say or losing it are better yet having a hard time because you’re purposely trying to sabotage their life through these programs that they think we don’t know about to leave us behind, but that will never work because we understand how you operate and money is meant to be spent and we will always find a way because you forgot I am an African-American woman which means I am accustomed to coming up with solutions to problems for survival which makes me someone you cannot ever hold back. You only make me stronger and steal what I have in others so they will rise up in my place. Some of you will not understand what this is about, but I’m making it known for those who do so they know that I was being targeted to even through my phone provider because there was no excuse for the way I was treated yet I was spending my money and holding to every promise that I made to spend my money for service that was undeserving of my loyalty so I would not advise anyone to waste their time with Verizon whether you are on their watchlist or not. So I found a greater service more reliable service, faster, service, and loyalty because we’re my service is now my family has stock in it so they’re not going to play against their stockholders children or relatives. Because the stockholders are the business and they’re not going to lose their business at least their investors are not going to lose billions of dollars behind an organization that is secretly targeting people to a public agency so what is a public agency doing creating secret programs within their agency “GANG STALKERS” and
CoinTelPro “I AM NOT A GANG MEMBER, nor have I ever been. Now get a real job watching stalking and disrupting their lives real gang members.
Worst 5G Home customer service and in home service
Since one is the lowest star I can give I will give a one, but I would really give a -1000. Over the last month I have had the worst experience with any company with my 5G home Internet service there have been numerous errors in service and billing and the latest is them wiping out two accounts so I can no longer access them. I call and I go round and round and round with the representatives and spend hours on the phone and have done chats three or four times and I’ve spent almost 2 1/2 hours and have gotten no resolve customer service is terrible and the service that I received is terrible
Verizons customer service non existent
Verizons customer service non existent. They cant solve anything. Its a 4day 24 hour loop to speak to someone to solve a problem. The whole platform switched to Ai. Beware!!
Horrid from day one
Horrid from day one. Gave me a faulty router then spent an hour trying to fix it before offering to send another router at my expense
One star is too many
One star is too many. Absolutely terrible experience with Verizon. I have spent countless hours dealing with contradictory information, unexplained charges, billing corrections that somehow turn into new billing problems, and promises from Executive Relations that still don't end the mess. Verizon confirmed a returned device was received and told me certain charges and late fees were credited, yet my account is once again showing an unexplained $1,400+ balance along with additional billing adjustments. Every time one problem is supposedly resolved, another appears. Even Executive Relations has failed to provide a clear, consistent accounting of what I actually owe and why. This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable customer-service experiences I have ever dealt with. I would strongly caution anyone considering Verizon to pay very close attention to their bills and document absolutely everything.
Do not use unless you have money to burn consistently!
Do not get a prepaid plan with them if you're living paycheck to paycheck, or may have problems with your card, your card declines once, and you can never use it again, their login process requires verification every single time, and if you don't do it 100% perfectly, you'll have to do it over and over again. You can't buy a pin using 611 on any device I've had if your service happens to lapse, and I have had nothing but problems since they took over straight talk service, and then since switching to them completely, such as having significantly worse service for a significantly higher price, struggling to add a plan, whether using a prepaid card, or just paying outright on the app or website, and their customer service is so limited on what they can do, all you are able to do is pray that your problem is within their scope. As soon as I can afford to do so, I am switching companies completely so that this greedy, sad excuse for a phone company has nothing to do with my phone service ever again. Honestly, unless they improve their service, lower their prices, and fix a minimum of half of their technical issues, there's nothing they can do to improve. This company is designed purely for people who have money to waste, and they don't give a rip about customer satisfaction anymore.
Wish i could put 0 stars.
Wish i could put 0 stars.
These Pos's are trying to charge me $900 for using their services. Phone is paid in full. Made every payment for 3 years straight. And now want $900 from me. Stay away from verizon they are garbage. Good luck assholes. I moved. i changed banks.
Got a good deal from tmobile for whatever i want for leaving verizon.
New phone new phone number. No ties to verizon anymore.
I had to set-up a replacement device…
I had to set-up a replacement device and Mark Jason from the Philippines! He went above and beyond and was AWESOME! He didn't offer anything for free or lie to me. (He did try to sell me on some insurance I didn't need but I'm pretty sure it's part of his job.) I've been a member for almost 15years and have never written a review I don't think. But Mark's combination of professionalism and down to Earth humanity was SUPER refreshing!!
Bad service, don’t waste your money.
I’m about to switch services because I can’t call or receive calls with this service. I can be on WiFi in my house or smack dab in the middle of town and won’t have any internet connection or cell service when my LTE shows multiple bars. Garbage company
I had to report them to the FCC
I had to report them to the FCC! I ended up switching carriers and getting my number ported over and you know what these snakes did. They kept charging me for a line that no longer worked “zombie line” I called them I went into multiple Verizon stores when I thought I finally got it sorted out Verizon in store rep just completely lied to my face everything was a lie so after months of trying to get it sorted out..and only after I filed a complaint with the FCC Verizon was calling my phone within 30 mins of that complaint getting submitted and all the sudden they want to fix the issue that I’ve been trying for months to do..clowns I’ll never deal with Verizon again snakes that try to keep you locked into that contract and try to make you upgrade to prolong it..dirty business tactics their known for this “zombie line” thing
Worst Customer Service I have ever experience
Very disappointed with Verizon’s customer service.
My phone service has had an ongoing issue since the end of August, and despite multiple calls, support tickets, and escalations, the problem is still not resolved. What has been especially frustrating is that Verizon has promised me a callback on five or more separate occasions, and I never received those calls.
I’ve spent hours trying to get this fixed while continuing to pay for service, and I still do not have a resolution.
The lack of follow through, communication, and accountability has been extremely disappointing frustrating.
Absolutely terrible service with only overseas employess!
Absolutely terrible experience with Verizon Business customer service. Almost every time I need help, I end up speaking with someone overseas who makes promises that never seem to be followed through.
Elijah at the Citadel was fantastic
Elijah at the Citadel was fantastic. Elijah at the Citadel in Colorado Springs understood my issue and fixed it in just a couple of minutes.
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. Been on the phone for hours. No help whatsoever. Worst company I've ever worked with. I received a $150 rebate b/c I was forced to leave my previous phone company and the only other company was Verizon. I've reported them to the FCC and suggest the rest of you do the same given that there are so many terrible reviews for Verizon

I would rate this company a zero if I could. Bought a phone through Ebay. Fedex won't deliver to the intended delivery address; they are holding the phone at the local facility. They won't release the phone unless Verizon (dba Cellco Partnership) allows the release. Took nine tries through the Verizon robot attendant to get a person, and that person was clueless. Wanted me to open up a subscription to talk to me about a phone that they sold to me. Wow. The level of incompetence defies belief. Hey Verizon, if your AI is THAT dumb, maybe you should rework it?
As my battery gets weaker in age the…
As my battery gets weaker in age the time is reduced for cell phone usage between charging…. It is obviously a mechanism that was built in the phone….. I know this because it has been confirmed. They want to practically force you into buying another cell …. And even to replace the battery it is expensive…. So much for that option. Maybe try other providers.
Verizon is the worst company out there
Verizon is the worst company out there. I wish we could go with another company, but we live in a rural area and Verizon is the only one that works it most of the time. I've just spent 40 minutes trying to set up autopay on our account and can't get it done. We've been trying for 6 years to get the name changed on our account, and we can't get that done either. They're horrible.
We paid our phone off and 30 days later they are still locked.
We were lied to about our monthly phone bill. It was supposed to be $160 per month and was $330 per month. We paid off our phones $2307 and 1 month later they are still not unlocked. We still cannot use our phones! Customer service does nothing to help!

Verizon no longer provides support for issues they are having. Their phone redirects back to their website that doesn't work. They will not take ANY calls for issues they are having
