I would strongly advise avoiding this company. Their service significantly underdelivered against the promises made, and the customer service was equally disappointing.I waited approximately 2-3 months for a search of my late father's assets. Despite this lengthy process, they identified only a very small proportion of his assets, most of which I was already aware of. The search failed to locate any of his bank accounts or investment platforms, even though these were all active accounts held with major, well-known financial institutions.The outcome was quite extraordinary given the nature of the service being advertised. Despite the search producing such limited and incomplete results, the company refused to refund the fee, notwithstanding the fact that the service delivered fell far short of what had been committed to.In due course, we intend to pursue the matter through legal channels to help prevent others from wasting their money on a service that, in our experience, failed to deliver meaningful value.Fortunately, we have since located all of my father's assets through alternative and far more credible avenues.
