Life Changing Investment
I was always skeptical of mattresses over the 200eu price point , but then I visited Veradea , when I tried all 4 of the Display Mattresses, the representatives explained the technology involved and assist you in choosing the best mattress for your needs, instantly understood the difference between a cheap mattress and a high quality Mattress.
Having the mattress available from the get go without any waiting and it being rolled up and easy to transport with no added fees for Lifters is rare in Malta , it was very surprising to pay and instantly have the mattress in hand.
I will be honest , the first 4 nights were not comfortable, so much so that I contacted Veradea and they told me that it is normal for the body to get adjusted to the new bed , but if I wish to, I have 3 months time where I can change with any other model of my liking (This was really surprising and thoughtful)
After 5 days had passed I've been sleeping for far longer than I had before! Everytime I'm out I can't wait to go back home and stay on the mattress. 2 months in and I can already feel that it changed my life for the better, waking up rested and energized even after a short nap.
I highly Recommend Veradea!

Great pillow support
I have chronic neck problems and finding a good pillow is always challenging. Being somewhat wide shouldered, most memory foam pillows are fine to sleep on face up but when I turn on the side the support is not as good as they do not fill in the shoulder gap. This time round I opted for Veradea's Onda pillow as it has a wave with one edge slightly higher than the other and I am very happy with it. It has helped with my neck pain a lot and while the way it moulds to the neck is not the usual way that memory foam shapes, it still provides excellent support. It bounces back to shape as soon as the head pressure is removed from it. I have had it for 2 months and so far it has retained its original shape perfectly and provides excellent support. The service at the shop is also top notch. I was guided through options and give individual attention even though I was only looking to buy a pillow.

Great customer service
I got a double Memory gel mattress. After a few years I had issues with the mattress, but the management team was very helpful and after realizing the issue, they went forward to replace my mattress. Otherwise the mattress offers great back support and has a good cooling effect. I'm very satisfied. Thank you

Great products, disappointing delivery
Veradea are great, but sadly delivery not so good. We were told delivery on Monday 9th December between 11-3, admittedly this was verbal. Then yesterday, on Sunday, I get a message saying between 9.30 and 11am. Giving me no time to change my morning meetings. Eric the driver rings at 8.55am, when I am in a meeting. I had to ask my husband to be available.
Plus, Eric and his helper only put the new mattress in the door and did not take it upstairs. With my husband's fractured hand, it would have been nice to have had the help in getting the mattress upstairs.
Apart from a hiccup with delivery, Veradea are very good and I even received a call to check if all was received ok.

We were welcomed and served professionally.
The only draw back is that you have to pay full payment although I did not take the mattress with me because I needed it a month later. You should take a deposit and full payment on delivery of mattress.
