Good communication

I’ve order from here many times and…

I’ve order from here many times and have past their name to others!
Not anymore as I order a bathing suit top, I didn’t realize I was stuck w/ something that was too big and it didn’t look as nice as in the pic!
It’s crazy to put something on sale then make it non refundable.
I should be an incentive for their customers!!!
So now I’m stuck with this suit and pissed away 40- dollars not cool will never buy from them again I have no money to throw away which I just did!

Customer service not the best

The clothing is very stylish. Most of the time the garments come ture to size. However, The clothing is over priced and they give little to no breaks with free shipping. I was literally 1 cent, 1 PENNY away from free shipping after spending $100. I called customer service to see if they would wave shipping and was told the one penny off made me ineligible and there was nothing they could do for me.

I made a purchase from Venus over a…

I made a purchase from Venus over a month ago. They charged my credit card but have not received order. When I checked the tracking information, it stated waiting for pick up. I have called but still waiting on refund. My experience in the past has been reliable but it is not any longer. Will never order from them again. Still waiting for refund.

Order was supposedly shipped

Order was supposedly shipped. 2 weeks later tracking says shipper never picked up. I chatted with VENUS agent. Says they've been having trouble with USPS and UPS wanting a fee to pick up items....apologizes and says she'll refund and I can reorder. sounds like a scam company to me. Still watching PAYPAL for my refund

An order was placed and paid for and deleted with no notification.

An order was placed and paid for and VENUS decides when they would like to cancel orders with no notification. After tracking the order for 3 weeks, we had to reach out to Venus to inquire about our order only to find out they deleted the order on their end. They wanted to give us a refund to reorder the same item only to find out the size was no longer available. Alterations will be required and Venus will not help with cost, discount for the inconvenience and added cost of alterations or give the sale price from the original order date. Waiting for a manager with a 15-20 minute HOLD is very poor business customer service.

Terrible

Terrible. Order didn’t arrive, they don’t respond to emails. Do not buy from this company. Ordered on 14/5 waited and emailed numerous time. Never receive a response.

Don't buy from this place! RETURNING IS STUPID and you have to keep it

Don't buy from this place, if you don't fit into the clothing you order, or it just fits weird, they make excuses as to why you can not return the product so you are STUCK with something that you get to throw away.

The quality is definitely lacking

The quality is definitely lacking, it’s not free to return and if you aren’t tech savvy you need to work to find where to get a refund rather than an exchange or store credit. I personally find that pretty annoying.

This review is specifically for the customer service and policies. I placed an order Sunday evening. As of this morning (Wednesday) it had not shipped. I called to cancel it because it was not going to arrive in time. The lady on the phone said I could not cancel because it had already been picked to ship and would ship today. No problem, I hate to have to go through the hassle of a return, but I understand policies. Now it’s 8 pm and it still hasn’t shipped, so I call back. Since it obviously didn’t ship, clearly they should be able to cancel it. They still say they can’t cancel it, and can’t do basic math with time. I have the entire (evening, not morning) conversation recorded and will post a poor customer service review everywhere I can find to do so. I’ve ordered the clothes for years and have found them to be good, but after this experience I will never order from them again.

Customer service is useless and appallingly bad!!

Customer service continues to be appallingly bad! Despite writing several emails to socialsupport@venus, and begging for them to call me, which they did not do, but instead sent another useless email that failed once again to address and correct my issues. All this, after giving them another chance after a customer service manager, Michael mocked me for having a serious illness, and being too ill to return my items within the 30 day return period. Social support did respond quickly and positively after I posted my experience on here, but since then I have had numerous issues, simply trying to request a size exchange through Happy Returns, a week after receiving the order, and giving them another chance after being a loyal Venus customer.

It’s absolutely ludicrous that Happy Returns was rejecting my order#, even after I reached out for help, twice. The response was Happy Returns was having tech issues, try again later. They even provided a broken, unusable link for me to cancel my Venus unlocked. Just why?? I reached out again, practically begging them to call me, all I wanted was to successfully complete a size exchange, but they couldn’t be bothered to reach out to me directly. I called customer service for help, and they told me they were having difficulty accessing the tools necessary to help me. Just what exactly does that mean?? They transferred me to an account specialist who decided that I couldn’t do a size exchange because the XS is not available, even though it is in stock on their website, and clearly available, as I could have ordered 10 of them!! I finally gave up, and tried again today. Nope, the Happy Returns system still isn’t offering me a size exchange, but I could reorder the same dress in XS on their website, and then have the honor of having to pay for shipping, which would have been waived as an exchange.

Your clothes just aren’t worth all the effort I have to put in, to make things even half way right! All this while dealing with a serious illness, that obviously isn’t being taken sincerely by customer service. Would it have killed you to have responded to my emails, and called me on Friday, so we could have solved this together effectively? Shameful meaningless hollow words to proclaim you care about my patronage, yet continually blow me off, when all I wanted was a very simple size exchange. It took more time for you to draft a useless email, than to show humanity, and reach out to me personally to ensure a smooth solution.

I shouldn’t have had to resort to writing this on Trust Pilot to get your attention. Proving that in essence you have very little regard for your customers.

unauthorized charges
