We have a 2001 two birth tourer. We were having issues with the hot water supply and also a water leak on the water heater. I delivered our van to Venture caravans. They are so attentive and sympathetic.Next day they called me. I went back and they explained that they had repaired the hot water supply but that the repair was not repairable. They gave me several options to consider and at no stage did they try to push or persuade me in to any giving them the job. I asked how much was the cost of the work they had already carried out and unbelievablely they said NO CHARGE. I tried to insist on them taking some money but they absolutely refused. How often do you come across a business nower days that will do this. I cannot speak highly enough of the team that work at Venture caravans. Absolutely first class.

Friendly efficient staff. Easy to talk to , nothing was too much trouble.

Helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process without being pushy.
We particularly liked the handover video, much better than a physical one as we can keep referring to it whenever we want to.

Excellent service. Very attentive, helpful and informative, with good communication from our initial enquiry to the handover of our purchased vehicle.

We saw the mobile home on line we were over an hour away when I called we had a no problem what can we do to help attitude. A home visit was arranged for apart- exchange valuation while we were up looking at the new one. Everything has gone smoothly can’t ask for anything better.

After months of going to motor home shows across the country on the hunt for a new camper we decided to go for a Bailey B62. We wanted to use a local dealer so we visited Venture caravans in Hitchin local to us,Steph the sales manager was very helpful and not pushy at all and we decided to take the plunge and left a deposit. We collected our van a few weeks later.
Harry showed us around the vehicle and was very informative and answered all our questions.

Very patient with us in choosing our campervan took 3 visits to finally decide which model suited us best no pressure each visit made us feel so welcome even though prices are competitive cheapest is not always best. Didn’t try and sell us stuff we didn’t need and remembered us from years ago when we purchased caravans from them must be a testament too the company that all the staff we dealt with in past are still there all these safety certificates made purchasing our vehicle a huge peace of mind

Purchase of a motorhome was really straightforward.

We had some problems on handover and upon our first weekend out with our purchase.

Once Venture were aware of the problems the team there did an amazing job to rectify the issues after thorough exploration and reporting back to us.

All of our initial issues were addressed to our complete satisfaction. It's the measure of how a business delivers great customer service when things are not to initial expectations.

From spotting the advert for the motorhome to driving it away, our experience with Venture-caravans.com has been excellent. Manager Steph and Harry were knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided their expert knowledge to answer any questions we had. This is our third motorhome purchase and this has been our best experience. We decided to have habitation air con installed while the servicing, hab check and MOT were being done. There was no pressure to buy but we were able to look at a number of suitable caravans. There was staff available to answer any questions we had.
On choosing a caravan we were dealt with by Steph who went through everything with us and also threw in a couple of freebies.
Collection went smoothly with an in depth handover by Harry, complete with video to my email for future reference.
I honestly couldn't have asked for more from initial interest to completion of purchase all staff members were fantastic even the very helpful lady in the accessories shop.
