The Flat was very nice in a quiet area of venice near a vaporetto stop. it helps our trip in Venice to be unforgettable.
The staff of venetoinside were charming and attentive.

I made an error with the date when …

I made an error with the date when making the booking and noticed immediately afterwards. I emailed and asked if they could change the date by a day and was told this was not possible as the tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable.
My mistake, but I thought the customer service could be better.

we are sorry about what happened, but please consider that we are transparent in informing our customers that tickets to access the bell tower cannot be changed or cancelled, once the payment is made. The Qr code indicated on the voucher is related to the date and time you selected while were booking… Once the Qr code has been issued, it cannot be modified anymore nor placed on sale again, therefore it would be an economical loss for us. This is the reason why we were not able to meet your request. We are sorry you chose a wrong date but hope that your review may help other customers from avoiding the same mistake.

The information on the website is not …

The information on the website is not always clear enough when buying certain tickets. It is not possible to use your smatphone for some of them. It made that I bought a museum pass for venice that I can't use becauae I can't get it printed anyware in Venice. Tried for over 3 hours! Have given up.

we are sorry you didn’t read carefully all the information we provide both online and on the voucher itself, on which the necessity to print the voucher is highlighted with the following notice: ‘The VOUCHER proves that the booking has been made successfully and it must be PRINTED ON A PAPER COPY AND SHOW AT THE TICKET OFFICE of one of the museums which are included in the Pass in order to convert it into the ticket valid for the admission. Unfortunately the ticket office is not equipped with an optical reader for mobile devices and therefore electronic vouchers cannot be accepted. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PRINT THE VOUCHER ON A PAPER COPY AND BRING IT WITH YOU THE DAY OF THE VISIT!’.

We were late to 2:15 doges palace tour …

We were late to 2:15 doges palace tour for 3 minutes. Trying to find this place with a child in tow was not easy. This tour gave no lee way. No mercy at all! 3 minutes late. This tour group is not recommended. At all!

we are sorry you were late and, consequently, could not attend the tour as planned.
Please consider that you booked a collective tour, which means that there are other participants enjoying the same visit you booked. For this reason, the guide cannot wait for latecomers as this might cause inconvenience to the other participants who were punctual. In order to prevent participants from being late, on the voucher we explicitly suggest our customers to be at the meeting point at least ten minutes before the tour departure time and we also provide clear information about the location both though a textual description and a map.
Yesterday you phoned us 10 minutes after the tour departure to notify us you were late. Of course, at that time, the tour was already going on and we explained to you that unfortunately there was no chance to join the group, since the guide couldn’t answer the phone during the visit. In order to help you avoid totally missing the tour, we kindly offered you the opportunity to reschedule the tour on the day after, either in the morning or in the afternoon, or even two days after, however you declined our offer and kept complaining about our lack of flexibility and even mercy, which seems to go a little too far. In fact, we really did our best to support you as far as we could, in accordance with the tour rules we are required to apply in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
In case of private and not collective tours, we are obviously much more flexible about departure times and it has often happened that our guides waited for the customers over half an hour after the time agreed upon. Private services are more expensive than the collective guided visits of the Doge's Palace but allow for greater flexibility in scheduling times because there aren't any other participants involved.

Wonderful time with our guide

We enjoyed very much the excursion "Castello district and venetian boat museum". We were away from the usual touristic areas and could visit beautiful places, churches, and streets in the calm, avoiding the crowd. Our guide Giovanna was the best ever. She knows everything about Venise history and art and we learned a lot thanks to her. She was very pleasant and answered our questions with enthusiasm. We have had the best visit of our stay in Venise.

we’ve checked our reservation system and it turned out that you made two different bookings, therefore you have been charged twice, but only because you made two different reservations… You booked different tickets to be used on different days, didn’t you? Moreover, it is not clear to us what do you mean by ‘impossible to print’. After completing the online reservation you can download the vouchers on the confirmation page ; the same vouchers are also sent to the email address our customers specified while were booking… Didn't you download or receive the vouchers? In this case you should have called us in order to ask for assistance. We regret you didn't do this !

Use this website before you visit Venice!!

I was going to use this site the day before visiting Venice but decided to wait until I was there. I wanted to book easy access tickets to Basilica San Marco, so I tried to do this when in Venice itself - the webpage must have been busy as it did not allow me to enter the details requested. Half an hour later, however, it was back up and running, and in just a few minutes I had managed to book my family a magnificent sightseeing moment by paying 2€ pp. Trust me: when you see the queue outside you know this makes sense!! You can book and pay up to ten minutes before your actual visit, so the site says, but it is probably more like 20 minutes when all is said and done. I recommend this site for its wealth of information about all of Venice's sights, and it was a very easy way for us to sample one of Venice's delights.

Unexpectable experience.
40€ for 2 tickets for Doge visit , need to print the voucher. 32€ sold at Doge : simple and less expensive
Same for the price of taxi.
Unresonable margins.

we are sorry you were not satisfied with our services. Actually, you name is connected to a booking for Venice Museum, only … There are no reservations for transfers under your name on our booking system.
Concerning the museum tickets, please consider that both online and on the voucher we clarly specify that tickets must be printed in order to collect the physical entry ticket… We regret you missed this important detail. As for the advanced booking, it is recommended to save time on site: you can change the voucher at a reserved ticket office and reduce the waiting time compared to the standard ticket offices, where the line can be very long especially during high season.
