I ordered cologne from Venba and was…

I ordered cologne from Venba and was surprised at how quickly it was delivered. They kept me updated and even thanked me for my purchase. When the cologne got here it was not damaged as well as not fake, which was my biggest concern because I don't usually like to by cologne online. Overall, pretty happy with my experience.

Venba is the best source for frshrances…

Venba has always been a reliable source of high end fragrances. Reasonable prices and super fast shipping. Also when other sites don't have a fragrance I'm looking for Venba always comes through. My number 1 source for my fragrance purchases!

Honest & Amazing

I had an unfortunate issue with my recent order when my bottle of Tom Ford Lost Cherry was missing from the package upon delivery. Naturally, I was disappointed, but what truly stood out was how Venba handled the situation.

After contacting customer service and providing photos of the package, Elizabeth responded incredibly quickly and immediately took ownership of the issue. She arranged a replacement without any hassle and even offered to send photos of the replacement package and shipping label before it was shipped, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind.

When the replacement arrived, it was packaged securely and arrived exactly as expected. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for the customer. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its customers and resolve an issue so efficiently and honorably.

While it’s unfortunate that the original shipment had a problem, the way Venba handled it completely restored my confidence in them. Mistakes can happen with any business, but what matters is how they’re addressed—and Venba exceeded my expectations.

I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommended for their excellent customer service, integrity, and commitment to making things right.
