Great experience!

They were quick to ship my order and it was packed with care. My fragrance was perfect and smells wonderful. I had never purchased a tester before this one, but I’m so glad I did because the price was the lowest I had seen. I will definitely purchase more from Venba.

Bad customer service

Unprofessional shipping process and customer service. Also the items could be fake ! Not sure fully but clearly with this many issues it’s more than possible !

Best Fragrance Retailer online

As a perfume collector, I've bought fragrances from department stores, Venba, and several other online discounters over the years. Out of all of them, Venba has become my number 1 whenever I'm looking to add something new to my collection.

Their prices are always very competitive, and I've found them to be just as good as—or even better than—other discounters. But what really keeps me coming back is their customer service. Every time I've had a question, they've responded within a few hours, which is something that's pretty rare these days.

Their shipping is also incredibly fast. My orders have consistently shipped within a couple of days, and they always seem to arrive much sooner than I expect.

I've had nothing but positive experiences shopping with Venba, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for authentic fragrances at great prices with outstanding customer service.
