The men's jacket that I received is easily 2 sizes smaller than all othrr Large jackets from every other jacket manufacturer I have purchased jackets from for the past 50 years. Their online promotion states that returns and refunds are easy. It does not seem so because of their scam advertising. They show most of not all products as Sale but their true return policy is no refunds for Sale items. It is a Chinese company that requires you to ship at your expense back to an address in China. Another typical scam crooked Chinese company.

I am asking for a prepaid shipping label to obtain a full full refund. My order #1*22*50 arrived 5/21/2026. My order was placed on 5/10/2026

My fault for not reading the reviews. TERRIBLE product, nothing like what was advertised. Bought dress sandals for arch support and they are hard as rock. Contacted customer services and gave me the story of costly label to return and offered a refund of 20%. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR EVER. IT IS SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I cant leave a zero star rating or I would. Don't buy from this company. Its the worst place I have ever dealt with. I purchased a pair of shoes online. Was told a week till I received them. It was closer to a month. Then when I got them tge shoes were way too small obviously not the size I bought. Then I immediately contacted them through email the same day I received them letting them know the issue and wanted to return them for a refund. Was told to send back an email with detailing the issue as well as multiple pictures of each shoe and would recieve detailed instructions on how to return the.. instead I received another email a week later asking to explain. The issue i had. Once again I sent an email explaining the issue. Then about another week later I received another email asking me to explain the issue I am having. This place is garbage they sell garbage and then when its time for them to make it right they continuously give you the run around obviously hoping that you'll give up and they dont have to refund. If any place should ever be run out of buisness this is definitely the one.

I very recently purchased a pair of shoes from Velorea & Co. and honestly, I really liked the shoes themselves. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size.

I contacted their support email and initially received a response from “Anna,” who requested photographs of the shoes to confirm they had not been worn. I immediately sent the requested photos and followed up several times afterward. Since then, I’ve sent 4 additional emails with no response or even an acknowledgement that the photos were received. I also tried reaching out through their website contact form and again received no response.

What’s disappointing is that I wasn’t even asking for a refund — only an exchange for the correct size. Looking back now, I probably should have done more due diligence and read the customer reviews beforehand. I will never do business with this company again.

They shipped the wrong product because the product I ordered is out of stock. Ask for a refund and they said I would have to return the product first at my cost, even though their website says they will provide the label. It would cost me almost as much as I paid for the product to ship it back to China. Will not communicate with me now. Stuck with a product I don’t want and out the money.

My mistake for not reading the reviews sooner. I tried to return or replace the vests I purchased and they(support email) have delayed responses and have been unable to provide a size that fits or return authorization. Return representatives Anna, riley, Charles, Julia have been unable to assist. You are stuck with whatever they send.
The men’s XL is the size of a women’s L. Buyer beware. I began reaching out the day of the delivery April 8th and May 6 I have not received return receipt information.

This is a scam company which seems to have BOTS for customer service agents.

Placed an order for shoes. They arrived March 23, 2026. I could not even try them on because the chemical order was so strong it was nauseating. The product quality appeared to be extremely poor as well; the material looked like cheap flip flops. I didn't realize the product was coming from China because of the site advertising.
Anyways, they offer a 30 day return so on March 24th (the day agter they arri ed) I requested a return. They verified the 30 day return policy and then asked for pictures of the shoes to verify condition (knowing they arrived on the 23rd and request was sent immediately after on the 24th.) I sent them the photos. They ghosted me. I asked again for return instructions and if the photos were fine. They ignored me. Until today, finally they tell me its now past 30 days so tough luck. Seriously? I requested refund immediately. They acknowledge my request and that I am within the refundable time frame, but then refuse to provide an address or refund instructions. Then after 30 days is up they have the nerve to say, sorry, it is now past 30 days.? So they run out the clock and won't let you return items, then pretend it is because of a time frame. Fraud!

This company should not even get 1 star. They are a scam. Their ads are misleading and if you return an item, they make it impossible to get a refund. They will keep asking for more and more info (which THEY should already have). Their sizing is "asian sizing" (way to small for many Americans - yes, they subsequently told me this). BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered some "Jordans" from this company ...false advertisement at it's best! These shoes were horrific! The bottom was PlASTIC! I've been going back n forth with them for weeks now they finally decided to exchange the shoe for something else but I have to pay for the shipping! I paid the Lil $12 but I will never ever use them again!! Don't do it guys stay far away!

I will NEVER order from Velorea again. I bought a pair of tennis shoes and there way too small . I asked for a refund and they told me to take a picture of my foot next to the shoe (which is ridiculous ) but I did it and now they’re asking for a clear picture. I sent 4 different pictur es and retook them and now they won’t respond to my emails. If I knew it was from china I wouldn’t have ordered because there sizes are way different sometimes 2 & 3 sizes.

I submitted my order in early April through Temu. I have never had any issues with TEMU. Velorea sends multiple emails about your package being delayed. They give you a tracking number which is blocked by Norton. I looked up the company online. They have a 79% disfavorable rate. I had never checked any company before, buy then I have never had this problem. They are a SCAM. I told them I would refuse delivery and they told me I could not due that as it was already shipped . I am really surprised that TEMU didn't check out a company prior to letting them on their website.

Updated Review!! After not hearing from this company they did offer me a 20% refund which I accepted because some money back is better then none at all. They provided a return address to China which is very expensive so i choose the partial refund!!! However I initially wanted to exchange the back pack for another color and the website states they will provide free exchanges!! They ignored my request however! This offer is a lie!! So i will receive 9.99 back!!! I guess i should be grateful? Do not not from this company!

I was burned by this company too. After many weeks I received a pair of pants were not at all like the ones advertised. I contacted them the same day . They asked me to go through many hoops: take four different pictures of the item, answer many questions as to why I wanted to return.
I received one nice form letter saying they were sorry that I was unhappy with the purchase. After I followed all the steps, they completed stopped all communication. I am furious and wish I had looked at the reviews before I wasted my money!

Their website looks lovely but I suspect it's merely a front for a China-based company run through a UK-based website. After two months of tussling with them over a purchase I made but never received, I've filed a report with the Better Business Bureau -- although I have my doubts as to how much the BBB can affect business practices outside the U.S.

I am currently trying to return clothes that did not fit. I ordered the correct size according to their company chart, but it still did not fit. I tried to return them, and they initially responded, then nothing. 3 emails and 2 weeks later and still no communication.

Ordered clothing from this company, and I received it, but it did not fit - not even close to true size. Website boasts "100% money-back guarantee" and "we will provide a return label and instructions," but neither of these statements are true. When I requested a return label, I was first instructed to provide proof (videos/pictures) that the items did not fit. After some back and forth emails, receiving statements from the company clearly indicating the company was not interested in returns/refunds, I was then told, "we do not provide return labels," even though their website explicitly states otherwise. Another email or two later and I was told that if I wanted to return the items, I had to cover the shipping costs myself and send them to an address in China, which I questioned because the company's address is listed on the website as being located in London. When I asked again about being fully refunded and questioned their adherence to their own stated refund policy, the company stopped communicating with me. Interestingly, since the time I complained to them, they have added a bunch of statements to their refund policy on their website (including the return address in China and that the customer covers the costs of returns) but did not remove the statements "100% money-back guarantee" or "we will provide a return label and instructions." I also discovered that the address listed for the returns (Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, 315100) has been associated with online sales scams (see BBB Scam Tracker for more details).

This is a horrible sham company. DO NOT buy from them. You CANNOT return to them. They send you cheap, poorly made clothing. When you try to return it they make it almost impossible. The fees to ship it back are on you and they are exhorbitant. The fees are so expensive that it isn’t worth it. They lie, don’t communicate with each other and run you in circles. They make you go through all of these ridiculous steps and then ignore the information that you provided them. They are a total scam. NEVER AGAIN.
