Order paid, package returned to seller, no refund issued
I placed order #9372094 on June 10, 2025 and paid $570.
The tracking number (UPS 1ZX255Y00417028381) shows the package was lost and later returned to the sender.
I provided all documentation, including tracking confirmation and proof of payment. The seller did not issue a refund.
A PayPal dispute was opened, but the case was closed in the seller’s favor despite evidence that the package never reached me.
I am still waiting for a refund for an item that was never delivered.
