Not the first time, but not the last either!
Darren serviced both of my bikes, ready for the season.
All cleaned up, greased up, tuned up, ready to smash some Watts in!
Also a great chap to chat about the cycling/tri sport.
I would highly recommend to anyone who need their bikes a bit of tlc, or needs to have a full tiding to keep the machine in shape.

Excellent service provide by Velo-care as always, can't fault Darren's attention to detail and care for the two wheeled pride and joy.

I very rarely venture into giving reviews, but Darren certainly deserves 5 stars. He has been servicing and upgrading my bikes for several years now and they always look and ride as new once he has seemingly taken everything apart, cleaned and rebuilt it!

Darren was very meticulous and had taken his time when he did a complete full strip down on my Rockshox Recon forks he followed all the required specifications via the trail head website for my forks and made them feel brand new again with all the seals changed and correct fluid levels and air pressure to match my height and weight. Couldn't be any happier no more play in them that's for sure! Will definitely use your services again Darren as I plan to go with a deluxe service for next time! Thank you so much! Very helpful knowledgeable man with a professional set up! Better than what a shop would do that's for sure!

I have used Darren for the past few years to service my Cannondale. It gets a hammering through commuting in all weathers… but every time I get it back from Darren, it feels like a new bike! He is the ultimate perfectionist and takes his time with every detail to ensure everything is 100%. Prices are very reasonable. He’s just brilliant!!

Darren is the only man I would use for my premium bikes. He is so knowledgeable, careful and skilled. Just watch him pop a pair of tubeless tires on having tried that battle for yourself. He does what is needed rather than charging as much as possible. His prices are frankly cheap compared to virtually everyone else. I’ve had ceramic BBs on my bikes and it cost less to install than I could buy the part myself.

10 out of 10. Once again Velo Care arrived on time and within two hours my bike was as new. No more creaks and poor gear changes thanks to a full service at a great price.

Excellent experience with a complete service of a 10 year old Boardman road bike. Darren demonstrated expertise and knowledge (Mavic wheel bearings), fitted new chain, cables and handlebar tape along with complete strip-down. Very happy and will book again for Bike No. 2 in the Spring!
