Velnue (Velnue Design Corp.)
I placed an order with Velnue (Velnue Design Corp.) on December 28, 2025, with a promised delivery time of 1–7 business days.
As of January 26, 2026—nearly a month later—I have still not received my order. No tracking information has been provided, and my emails sent on January 14, January 17, and January 22 have gone unanswered.
Due to the failure to deliver and, in particular, the complete lack of communication, I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company and filed a complaint with consumer protection authorities in British Columbia.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against ordering from Velnue. Reliable businesses do not fail to deliver paid orders or ignore customers seeking support.
