What's taking so long?

I made an order on the 30th of Sept but still have not had notification that my shoes have been posted. I contacted Customer Services and they told me that when they receive confirmation of payment they'll post them. Payment has left my account.
Very unusual for an online purchase to take so long.
Any updates would be great.

I’ve been a loyal New Balance customer…

I’ve been a loyal New Balance customer for years and decided to try VEJA. Unfortunately, I’ve been left disappointed. After only a handful of wears, the laces snapped. I contacted customer service and, even after sending a photo showing the trainers were barely worn, they refused to replace the laces. I ended up having to pay for new laces and shipping myself. It’s not the cost that bothers me, but the principle — it’s clear there was a fault, yet the responsibility was pushed onto me. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this brand again.

Customer Service

My shoelace broke on my shoe and I was able to go onto Veja online store and purchase new shoelaces. Before I did this I sent a message inquiring about the shoelace color and I got a response in less than 24 hours. I had some concern regarding the color and again, received a message back promptly. The online site is easy to use, great customer services and laces were shipped quickly.

Please don’t buy shoes from this…

Please don’t buy shoes from this company!!

Bought pair costing £140 worn them once and sole came away sent them back and never heard from them for weeks.

Email today to say as they are not new no refund.

Please buy shoes/ trainers elsewhere this company are a disgrace.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. I recently bought a pair of shoes that I chose to return and found the entire returns process to be flawless. From super easy admin, to great communication and lighting fast payment refund. I will definitely be shopping from Vera again.

Buyers beware

My first pair of shoes (Campo) fell apart only after couple weeks of wear. The soles became unglued. Veja quality department determined it was pre-mature wear, but they did not agree to refund me my money, they did not agree to even give me a store credit. The only offered to replace with the same of different model. After weeks of emailing back and forth, I had no choice but to order another pair. I ordered a cheaper model, Esplar instead of Campos because I didn’t trust Campos quality anymore. Because of that, I lost part of my money due to Veja refusing to issue me a store credit for the difference in price. Overall, I will never order another pair of Vejas and will discourage anyone I can from ordering from this company

It took so much time to arrive + customs fee

It took so much time to arrive, I had to contact the delivery app because, for some reason, they did not have my "complete" address, even though I gave it to them. I had to pick up the package elsewhere and pay the customs fee, which was never mentioned when I purchased from the webpage. I would've preferred buying in a store in my city, instead of ordering directly from the page. What an awful experience

I wore the shoes only in the house for…

I wore the shoes only in the house for a day or two.
It seemed they were a good fit.
Wearing them more often they are not that comfortable.
A bit tight in the toe box.
The foot cushion is quite firm.
For the price I’m hoping they will get better with wear.
**** I was told to reach out to customer care team if the fit didn’t get better. It has not. I’ve worn them a few times and they are still not working especially for the price I paid. What can you offer me to resolve this? Thank you!!!******

Might be better to purchase in-store

Upon receiving my product I was a bit disappointed.

One product was the same colour as expected. The second product the coulour was not fully true to the picture in fact i didnt expect the colour it did have *it was quite different.

And the sizing was totally off on both. I would be hesitant to recommend buying online but would recommend in-person shopping.

Tried contact customer service and they havent responded. I am also meant to pay for return shipping but it seems unfair since the product is different from advertised.

I purchased a faulty pair of shoes…

I purchased a faulty pair of shoes (poor quality stitching), which despite returning within the agreed timeframe I did not receive a refund from me. Terrible customer service agent could not explain the reason why and came across as rude. Will not shop here again.
