Veeqo is very nice multichannel management software. I love to use it. It is accurate in orders management, inventory management and shipping updates. Sometimes, we do get issues for walmart inventory, But rest seems to be all good and working. I suggest veeqo to include partial updates in the order line items when they are shipped. Because there is a situation when we have one line item to fulfill and other is waiting for stock, So in that case veeqo updates full order as shipped instead of partial shipment of order. So that would be nice to have. Overall its great and I am loving it.

Stock management heaven! We sell across multiple sales channels including eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify.

We've been using Veeqo for over three years now... We love Veeqo for it's stock synchronization, inventory management, and reporting... but mostly for it's user interface! Veeqo looks so simple but knowing the business as we do, we know how much work is acytually going on in the background.

Support... Can't fault it. Questions answered by chat day, night and weekends, couldn't ask for more.

My company has been using Veeqo for 5 years to help grow our business. Within this time we have utilised most of their best attributes like building kits (to sell more than 1 product as a bundle), having multiple retail platforms all selling the same stock and from the same or different warehouses. We have also managed to look deep into the analytics and reporting to see what we are doing well on or if there are things we are missing.
Absolutely amazing platform and extremely easy to use if you are a novice but can be deeply rewarding once you master it.

Veeqo is an incredible platform for order management. It is excellent to manage multiple e-commerce stores all in one place- but more importantly their customer service is fantastic. Only a live chat away and any queries are dealt with immediately. I would recommend Veeqo to all honestly

Veeqo is a fantastic tool to help integrate and manage our various ecommerce platforms. It is easy to use and the functionality is extremely intuitive which helps to make our lives easier! We can clearly track our sales and profitability metrics, manage our stock levels and provide excellent levels of reporting to the business. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart solution of this kind.

Good tool! With the kit functionality it makes it easier to add products and sell it seamlessly as bundles or single unit.

I’d give it a 5 star as it makes life easier for you during busy periods of the day. Life saver to say the least.

I use the PO functionality which is great to check-in products. Although adding product location functionality within PO would be a great addition if you ask me about areas to improve the tool’s functionality. I have put in a feature request for this and hope we get it very soon!

I have managed to make the picking list functionality work with the help of veeqo customer rep, this includes product location within kits. It has been of great help! The only thing that can be improved is the orders sync with Amazon as it takes a while to sync / update shipped orders if you ship an order from Amazon directly. I know this is something that’s not under veeqo’s control but if you can decrease the sync time (somehow 😄) then that’ll be of great help!

Great service! We direly needed a place to connect our stores, warehouses and analytics; Veeqo was that place. We use it every minute of the day in all areas of our operations. Would highly recommend giving it some time.

We have found Veeqo's flexibility and customizable platform to meet our unique needs as a water purification technology lab with only three retail sku #s, but each item makes a return trip to the lab!

Avoid if you are an Amazon seller. They schedule downtime during the middle of the day and prevent you from shipping Seller Fulfilled Prime orders. I don’t know of any other professional company that would offer a multichannel shipping platform and then switch it off during the day…. I will take my £18,000 per year subscription and look elsewhere once the contract is up….

Veeqo have been really helpful when building shipping integrations. They have been really responsive in communication and provided great documentation.

We engaged Veeqo in May this year and have not looked back since. It easily uploads all our eBay, web site and Etsy orders to the software where it manages our stock and courier dispatches seamlessly, giving us the confidence that we will never double sell the last item on the shelf
The odd time I've sought advice/help to find a better solution for our needs, their support time have been faultless and extremely obliging helping me achieve this - thank you guys

Great programme - easy to use

Fantastic platform - I would recommend Veeqo to any scale sized business as they are simply great. The way their systems work in sync is fab. They are also on hand at all times to help which is always great. Any problems (which is not common) they are always on hand to help out!

Veeqo is a fantastic system which takes care of all your orders, inventory and shipping in one place. We have looked into using various systems instead of Veeqo, but none of them have the all-in-one functionality and ease of use that veeqo offers. If there are ever any issues, Veeqo's online support is great, with almost instant help from the chat function, and if things can't be resolved straight away, they are quickly escalated up to the technical team for resolution. If you are running an online business using multiple stores (Ebay, amazon, web, etc), veeqo integrates them all into one place and makes it easy to manage stock, pick orders and ship to customers. All in all, we are very happy with the Veeqo platform and their customer service.

We are a growing products-based company that struggled to find an easy solution that allowed us to track our inventory across multiple online and offline sales channels, with stock in different configurations and spread across multiple warehouses. Until we found Veeqo. It was chaos before, now we sleep better knowing everything is being tracked and reconciliated in 1 place. It is great to see we can scale up with Veeqo as well, so we don't have to be thinking of changing anytime soon!

We have been with Veeqo for nearly 2 years now. We find that the support is nice and easy with a chat available all day. The user interface is really user friendly compared to other softwares we have used in the past making it easy to train a new member of the team when they join. Shipping labels with major carriers is pretty straight forward to set up so that all tracking numbers are updated efficiently. I would highly recommend the software to anyone selling on multi-channels and managing multiple warehouses. There is a function to see FBA orders if this is something that is needed. Monthly contract so no need to worry if it is not suitable, however taking an annual contract can save you some money if you know you are not likely to be moving soon.
