Highly recommend Veeqo

Stumbled upon Veeqo and they have been a life safer for our business. They are really efficient and super prompt with their customer service. The system fits all of our warehouse management needs and really competitive price for what you get. Any new starting business, medium sized or large organisation should use Veeqo. Veeqo is AWESOME! The inventory software you need!

Our company needed some new inventory software as the provider we were using was about as much use as an ejector seat on a helicopter - We found Veeqo, started the free trial and signed up to one of their packages straight away! We are very impressed! Veeqo is so user friendly, has integrated our selling platforms along with our shippers seamlessly, Veeqo has plenty of functionality, all the tools you need to track inventory and sales data, plus the customer service & support is second to none! Well done Veeqo, 5 stars from the team @ Orchard!! :)

good system but...

pros -
* customer service is pretty quick via live chat
* easy to use
* links with our systems well

cons-
* orders are synced every 10 minutes which during peak times throws our stock totally out as we often over sell as inventory is not updated for 10 minutes
* digital scanner broke took 4 weeks before we could get it sent back to Veeqo - now been 2 weeks and no response so we have £400 scanner we cant use for 6+ weeks
* system is bit flawed in certain places - cant merge orders, syncing instant instant
* price is high

Veeqo has been the right move for our business

We've moved to Veeqo in the past 2 months. We have 3 shopify stores, a physical store and use Royal Mail Click & Drop daily collections for our online orders. It has taken a bit of work to get everything up and running, but now it is all working very well. We have about 40 different shipping rules all set-up so postal calculations are all automated.

Stock across our warehouse and 3 online stores syncs perfectly. And the integration into Royal Mail is working very well. We estimate it saves 3 man hours of work a day, which all adds up.

We've had to use the support a few times during the first few weeks, as we iron out little niggles, which you get when you make any major software move. Can't grumble at all with the help received there at all (especially from Mohammed who has been amazing!)

OK, there are a few niggles and i wish these 2 issues were solved, but we don't regret moving to Veeqo.
1. When stock is pulled across from Shopify for the first time, it defaults to a 20% tax rate. Some of the items we sell are books (zero rated) so we have to manually update books.
2. There's no option to add a shipping rule to add packaging materials weight to the order, before sending the info through Royal Mail's API.

What an excellent tool Veeqo is for processing e-sales and monitoring and correcting inventory levels . Also fantastic support provided by the Team at Veeqo for any teething problems you experience , would thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend. We have been using Veeqo Since 2018. We use multiple marketplaces(eBay, BigCommerce, Amazon, OnBuy, etc.), and Veeqo provides the perfect solution for our inventory management needs. Veeqo has also helped us to maintain better stock holding data and accuracy. A user-friendly user interface that was simple to integrate with our store quickly. Their support team on live chat is extraordinary who have resolved any problems we have had.

Great System

We have been using Veeqo for over a year now and it has been invaluable during the recent pandemic. Not only has it helped us to grow our online presence quicker but it has also helped us to maintain better stock holding data and accuracy. With its easy to use navigation systems we have been able to train new staff quickly and remotely when required. All new updates only enhance an already great system.

If you want to send return labels to…

If you want to send return labels to your customer avoid veeqo. They promote as very simple to implement and very easy to use. It isn’t any of the above, and we have had an order that wasn’t fulfilled by the veeqo system. Although they blamed Shopify. Not impressed for £500 a month

All customers are offered a 14 day free trial to allow them to fully test the features of Veeqo and assess whether it's a good fit for their business.

In your case, we gave a significant extension to this period as your team informed us that they hadn't had the time to get things set up properly - something we are very understanding of and always do our best to accommodate. After all, we are just as keen as you to make sure that you're a 100% good fit.

To further help with this, we also offered additional time with our customer success managers and your team seemed happy with the setup.

Last month, a cancellation request was submitted, and on cancellation one of the team reached out for the account to be reactivated saying that there was some confusion internally and that they are actually very happy with Veeqo?

Terrible experience with Veeqo

Terrible experience with Veeqo.
We were using some Purchase orders functionalities and one day they removed our access to those functionalities. I asked the support why. They said they sent a mail (who read the newsletter ??) to say that Purchase orders were not part the basic plan anymore.

After digging into the pricing (that is the most unclear pricing I've ever seen), I noticed that we were paying extra 240€/month because we exceed the number of user allowed by our plan.

For less than the extra 240€/month we could afford the plan that were needed for the Purchase order functionality and the extra users but Veeqo does not automatically upgrade, they prefer to charge you a lot and cut services that are critical for our organisation.

The API is also a joke, it's more a marketing argument.

Edit : Just to reply to Gemma.
As Head of customer success you should be worried about your 3.6 trust score and maybe consider that you have things to improve.
Just reached the support yesterday again to report a bug on an api endpoint, I've been told by the support team that my plan doesn't cover api support (...this is bad support...). Luckily I reached a Veeqo dev on the forum that was helpful and admit that there were an issue with documentation (thanks to her).

Be sure of one thing, we have started prospection of another ERP and we won't stay with Veeqo indefinitely.

We're sorry that you've not been happy with our pricing. When you joined us in April last year you would have signed up through our billing page, which clearly lays out the features available on each plan. Although you selected a lower plan, features of higher plans were not hidden and you continued to use these for the first several months of your contract with no additional charge. We made some changes that meant these features outside of your plan would no longer be visible to you, and we communicated with you specifically regarding this change.

Our pricing is clearly displayed on our website and for each plan the price increases with order volume. Additionally, the number of included (free) users increases as order volume increases. It is very unusual for customers on our basic plan to have such a high number of additional users that it is more cost effective for them to move to the plan above, though we will look to proactively reach out to customers who meet this criteria in future.

As our team have shared, we aren't able to offer personalised API support outside of our enterprise offering, but we have an active developer forum that you'd be welcome to share questions on.

I note that despite the issues you cite, you are choosing to stay with Veeqo. We are happy to help however we can to get you feeling more positive about the system moving forward.

I don't like giving bad reviews but…

I don't like giving bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous with Veeqo. We have been using it for over 2 years but in past 6 months Customer Service has been non existent and every time we send in a query which is daily at moment all that is said that we will pass it on to he engineer's and that seems to be a bottomless pit and eventually days/weeks later they do a quick fix and then does not work a week later

If you want to link veeqo with XERO dont use veeqo

Maybe i might get a reply but not holding my Breath
