This site comes up in Google when you search for "convert png to svg". It lets you upload your private files and start converting them. It seems just like any free online converter (they usually have a paid plan but it's for higher usage).

Only when you click "Download result" does it say YOU MUST PAY. There's no free plan or trial whatsoever. You can't even convert and download one file.

By then you've already uploaded your files to them, and you've wasted your time unless you're willing to get out your credit card for one single file conversion.

Completely ridiculous.

Ok it's scammy to let you convert first and ask for money later, but I haven't found an automatic convertor that does a better job than this one. So for me it was worth paying. Was a bit hesitating but everything worked fine in the end (now hopefully the subscription will actually end after one month).

Say it's free and then ask for a crazy amount of money for 1 image. Total Scam

They advertise as "free" but as soon as you want to download you have to subscribe and pay. False advertising.

I purchased the desktop version for $295 in January 2025 and it worked well for 10 months then went down. First stopped working on my laptop then a few days later stopped working on my desk top. I submitted 6 support requests which were completely ignored.
Now I am stuck with a broken program and ZERO support. I have since discovered many, many, many complaints similar to mine. DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM. I am reporting this company to my credit card company as well as the BBB.

I signed up for the affiliate marketing service and got three clients as requested, but nothing arrived in my bank account. When I contacted them repeatedly, they did not respond to me and ignored my messages. This is evidence that the site is a scam.

This software doesn’t work. The results are un-useable. After contacting them for a refund they flatly refused because of activated the software. Despite you not being able to see the results unless you activate the software. AVOID!

not until I wasted 5 minutes generating a vector file was I informed that I needed to subscribe in order to download it. Charging for the service is fine, but let me know before I waste my time waiting for your slow generator to finish

I wanted to pay monthly and when I wanted to log out via Paypal, it said a period of 3 years! That's not right!

I think the others low-rated comments are misleading. You should know that if get a good service you'd pay some money for it. It's by far the best PNG to SVG file converter tool I have ever used. They even have a cheap monthly subscription. What do you want more... people should make money. Nothing is for free in life, especially a service this good. Thanks vectormagic.com team.

horrible site, waste of time. don't bother

I did all the process to just hit a page telling me I was needing to pay for the service. They should say that before starting the vectorisation process.

Show up as first site using the "Free" keyword. You take some time to do the design and then when you are done they ask for like 10€/month this is scammy. Please tell users they will have to pay so they don't waste their time when you misslead them thinking you are a free too.

heavily implied that this is a free online service. for something i only want to use month a £224 one off fee is extremely steep. not do i need yet another subscription service.

Completely dishonest page, which lets you spend time generating a result, and then only afterwards presents you with a steep fee for downloading. It is completely fair to charge for your service, but you should be upfront about it. This is a classic bait-and-switch.

The product is very good indeed and they always answered so good and rapidely to my questions that I must say, this is one of the best companies I ever meet on internet !
