The site claims they have a 30 day money back guarantee. The clothes I received were such poor quality and did not fit. I requested a return and have been going back and forth with them. They offered me a fraction of what I spent and told me to keep the clothes. I offered to send them back for a full refund, and was told I would have to pay for a freight to Dubai. Such dishonest and unethical practices. STAY AWAY!

I love the fit and comfort of your clothing. I'm already shopping for my next purchase.

I am still trying to recwice a refund for a returned dress. I’ve filled out all requested documents and emails and now have been requested to write a review. When I clicked on sad face- it asked me to email customer service- so I click on happy face and can now write a 1 star review. Hopefully this gets the company’s attention and my return and refund will be accepted.
I’d be happy to remove my negative review if I can receive my promised refund.
That being said- the quality is terrible and the dress misrepresented in the photos and description.
And customer service following their supposed return policy has been terrible.
Do not recommend purchasing from this company.

ZERO STARS!!! It is a complete scam. Clothes are made out of a poly print and look like a parachute material, They are unresponsive to emails about returning items and getting a refund. Beware. DO NOT order anything from them. You've been warned.

I am happy with the quality although I need to exchange for a different size and there is no easy way to contact this company. Only email and the response is slow and still on going. No exchange just pay an additional fee and get a new size. Doesn't make sense because the one I have is too small.

I love both dresses I received. Shipping took longer than expected and I was not provided tracking information which made me nervous.

The order took forever and there was no indication of when it was shipping and no response to my email indicating when it would ship.
It's also detailed as being "t-shirt material" on the Website but it's very much polyester/synthetic material. I still like it but it's misrepresented.

Exact same experience as all the other 1-star reviews who need to return an item, only to be offered a fraction of the purchase price to simply "keep it"! Never dealt with such an unprofessional company!

Great quality and great products! I love my new shirts. One of them fits odd so I need to return it. Hopefully it’s an easy process so I can continue to shop! I’ve already told my friends!

Arrived quickly. Great communication. Quality products made in America. I'm normally a size 2 so ordered small and found the three blouses I ordered run true to size.

The material is not what I expected. It’s polyester.

I completely agree with all of the one star reviews. Fell for the cute pics on social media ads and ordered 3 items. The fit was terrible on all 3 - super small in the shoulders and arms, way too big in the body. I never have this issue with clothing. When I asked to return the items, they offered a fraction of what I paid, I kept pushing and they kept increasing the amount but never a full refund. They told me to keep the items and I told them I did not want them so they finally gave me a shipping address to send them to (at my expense). I'll see if I ever get the partial refund they promised. Never again.

To all considering purchasing something from Vaugu. Beware. They state their products are returnable. They are not. I ordered 2 dresses. One was too small. Both were of inferior fabric quality. They were too thin and see through. I requested to return them for a refund. Their response was to keep the dresses and they'd credit me $25, which was a quarter of the amount I paid. After declining and asking for a full refund three times, their final offer was to still keep the dresses (which I will never wear) and get 50% refund. I am very disappointed and felt misled. I hope this helps others who are considering placing an order. I will never again.

BUYER BEWARE! I made the huge mistake of falling for the cute pictures on social media. I late night purchased 🤦‍♀️. Quality is abismal. Not one thing fit even though I ordered true to size. The worst though is the fabric. Cheapest of the cheap. Items look nothing like photo. I’m trying to return but they are only offering me a fraction of what I paid to “keep” the items. I told them no and now they are silent. Ugh. Shame on this company. I wish I could give zero stars

Surprisingly really cute. So far I've gotten 4 things - a sweater (really good quality), two tops (cute), and one dress - really nice.
