Still have not received my vapes
Still have not received my vapes - it's been over 2 weeks. It was in LA and is now in Ohio (I live in LA, why would it now be in Ohio?). I contacted customer service and they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I wanted a refund and they just said "it's still in route and just keep checking the tracking number." I would never use this company again.

Shipping repayment???
I received a defective item and I got refunded store credit for the item but I get completely taken for the shipping cost? I purposely ordered 3 of the same item so I could get the most out of the shipping fee but now I am being told I have to repay the shipping fee just to receive the same item I already paid a shipping fee for? I’ve been buying this same flavor and brand for a year now exclusively because I like this flavor so much. I’m going to start looking into other places that have this item and start giving them my business instead if this is how your company treats loyal customers. I have so many friends that have ordered through your company just based on my reviews but now I’m not going to lie and say you guys are fair and thorough anymore because I’ve been treated I believe quite unfairly given the situation that just happened. There’s nothing you can do to make this (me) loyal customer stay ordering through you guys? Why should I have to repay shipping for the same item I already paid for?

No refunds
The link to email for refunds doesn't work so if they short you and just don't send some of what you ordered, there's no way to contact them and you're just out of luck and out of money. Other than that it's fine, good prices and I usually get the package within 2 weeks of ordering.
