Very disappointed

Very disappointed, purchased 6 items and was only sent 1 item. Really thought they were legit but definitely a scam. Buy elsewhere not worth your time.

Buyers beware.I ordered vape juice on…

Buyers beware.I ordered vape juice on line and Vape Puffer immediately charged my credit card even though they had not secured my product.After 2 weeks and the product had not arrived-I reached out to their customer service employee-Stephanie.She told me I would receive a full refund as the juice was not available.She also gave me a phone number to call if I had further issues.After several days and no refund-I called.It was to a drug and alcohol testing center.Vape Puffer is a scam.Do not attempt to buy from this very questionable company.

I have been using Vapepuffer for about…

I have been using Vapepuffer for about 6 months now. They have changed the way I order my Zyns now. They are speedy and have a wonderful customer service team. I will never go back to get them any other way!!

SCAM

SCAM! BEWARE! I've had no problem contacting them because I am relentless. However they only tell me lies to try and string me along to buy time. It was only when I asked for my money back they hung up on me and stopped responding. This site is definately a scam to steal our money. Obviously the bank will get it back.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam , doesn’t even deserve a one star . I ordered a month ago and they ever delivered anything . I wrote them and they try to come up with lie as to why it hasnt got delivered . Just a scam it will never get delivered

Horrible

Horrible! Ordered over 12 days ago, they took my money but never shipped anything, shipping was supposed to be quick. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Will be filing a complaint with my bank!

STAY FAR AWAY!! ITS A SCAM!!!

This website is a SCAM!!! I ordered March 22nd and my order still shows processing. I have Tried to call them multiple times but it says no representative is available and hangs up. I’ve tried emailing them COUNTLESS TIMES!! I even Tried messaging them on Facebook and they have completely ignored me! I just Filed a dispute with my bank today!

This website is a SCAM

This website is a SCAM! I've ordered from countless sites for vapes and I should've noticed the red flags from the beginning but I was desperate.

3-5 day shipping was over $13 and was the only option for shipping. It's been over two weeks and I've gotten no update on the order.

After reading other people's struggle with this company, I tried to email and call more than 5 times each, and they ignore every inquiry about a refund.

I reported to the better business bureau. Save your money people, it's a scam scam scam!

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. No one answers their phone number and no one answers their live chat. Also this website is a SCAM! They shipped me one item of my order then right when I did a charge back they shipped another so they can decline the claim from my credit card company. I asked for a refund and had followed up almost every single day with no response. Do not buy from here and if you do hopefully you paid with credit so you can get your money back. I’m hoping I do but at this point I’m just writing it off as “live and learn”. Hate that “companies” like this exist solely to scam people! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered over three months ago

I ordered over three months ago, never got my order. When I called(that was quite the ordeal alone) they said it was in the warehouse. Never got it then either. Spoke with three different people about a refund. Each one assured me that it was submitted, with one even “walking it over to her manager’s office” I still haven’t gotten the refund. It’s a scam!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Guys i just want to warn you. This site is a SCAM. The order that i made was failed but money was deducted from my account, i tried to email them numerous times with no response till to this day. Haven't been refunded and my order is not showing. The deducted the order fee and delivery fee. Be careful guys please!!!

Way to go VapePuffer!

My exceptional experience with VapePuffer far exceeded my expectations. Cody expertly answered all of my questions and got me the perfect products. After I placed my order, I immediately received an email and voicemail from Aya in Customer Service letting me know when I would receive my order. To top it off, I received my products much earlier than estimated. Definitely using VapePuffer again!!!

All I can say is WOW!

All I can say is WOW! Vapepuffer.com has a great variety of products and great customer service. I ordered my product and it arrived within a few days. They contacted me the day I ordered and provided updated status before my product arrived. I will definitely reorder from these guys again.

SCAM!!!

I ordered because I saw positive reviews and I’m at an APO address (it’s hard to get vendors to ship vapes out), and after placing my order and paying a hefty shipping amount I received an email and my card was charged but my order has not been shipped and it’s been over 2 months. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response and am unable to call but I am very frustrated.

UPDATE!!
AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND SEVERAL CALLS & E-MAILS I RECEIVED PARCIAL ORDER. BUT NO REFUND FOR THE OTHER ITEMS ORDERED AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING. AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULD BE "WITHIN THE NEXT 3 -5 DAYS" THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. BUT TO GET THEIR MONEY AND ASK FOR REVIEWS TO BE REMOVED ITS INSTANT!!!!

I looked online for reviews and found they were reputable, unfortunately you can't believe everything online. After placingmy order, paying for expedited shipping and my c.c. was charged I waited a few business days. I then checked the website for my order and it doesn't appear anywhere. I emailed with no response so I called and after several attempts I was able to speak to someone and they said "your order is in the warehouse and back ordered" yet the website had no "out of stock" or "back order" on any of my items. I asked when should I expect a response and the answer was "as soon as we can" not within a timeframe (24 hours or 48 hours, etc). I asked about my expedited shipping as I did pay for it and answer was yes you have it.
