twice in a row the order did not come on time, they respond in a day. I'm still waiting for my order last week. I recommend ordering from another store.

I ordered 3 disposable vapes yesterday afternoon and I got them today. It was very fast delivery. Definitely will order from them again. I’m from the Netherlands btw.

The automatic E Mail responses are pointless. They do not look at your questions or attempt to find a resolution.
Then they sent a Goodbye Mail. What a way to treat Customers.

First time ordering my vape from them,my order was sent and paid at 10am paid extra for same day delivery, and still waiting for delivery a day later. Dont recommend them,wont support ever again.

After reading the negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but because they had a good selection and free delivery for small orders I decided to take a chance with them and placed a small order. It came the next day, so I placed a second order with them for double that amount and again it arrived without problem the next day. I have fortunately not yet have to deal with their customer service department, but my first impression of this webshop is good. I hope they are eventually able to restock more Vuse flavours, but I understand from other sources that this is a problem with supply from the UK.

Recieved my delivery next day really happy with my purchase will definitely be buying again

- The webshop is very slow and outdated
- Deliveries are received too late by post.nl and thus there is barely an on-time delivery (don't expect to receive your goods the next day)
- More expensive than other vape shops in NL
