Fraudulent website

Like others have said here, this is a fraudulent website despite being advertised on all social media platforms. Beware. Initiate a charge back with your bank or payment provider.

Customer service is terrible total rip of

Customer service is shocking I wrote to them via email and Facebook they answered my first part on Facebook was told to send pictures which I did now being totally ignored I placed an order for 2 tins with my choice of waffles sent one and a bag of plain stroopwafels these r for gifts £35 for something I could of got in my local tesco rip off this is my first time ordering from this site and it will be my last

Failure in all aspects a Scam!

Sick of these adverts trying to scam people, ordered in November and had to contact Visa for Money back £76 end of January. A lot of people never received the wafels as you can see, propped up their business with the money received. Some have not been refunded even yet! Another day another advert! Or any bad reviews removed! Big gamble, will You get them or not! Please pay by credit card if you decide to buy, as after 30 days non delivery will get your money back. Just a hassle buy some on Amazon!

Sadly another unhappy customer

Sadly another unhappy customer. Order placed 4th December and only received order this week. There was no way of contacting the company to ask for a refund. My emails were returned undeliverable. The order was meant as a Christmas present so now useless. No apology offered or explanation.
The actual waffles are overpriced and nothing special. The tin contained mostly packaging and a grand total of 6 waffles. A wasted £40.

Failed to Send Product despite chasing

I ordered waffles from this company on 4 December 2023. They have not arrived despite being chased. Today’s date is 30 January 2024. Shocking, disgraceful service. They are now advertising for Valentines. Be warned, they took £63 from me and I have got nothing but grief for my money.

Do not order online

Company has no customer service. Order delayed by over 30 days. Order was incomplete (items missing) and no response to emails requesting refund. Please have a look at the reviews on their various Facebook pages). Would not recommend ordering anything online!

Social media scam?

Actually wondering if the constant social media ads are part of a scam.Or is it only the ‘influencers’ who actually receive anything! Ordered early dec. Told 28th dec running late and I would get a free gift as a sorry. I chased 8th Jan and asked for tracking only to be told my order had never been sent and did I want a refund. If no refund received will have to go through paypal claims.

Like many other dissatisfied customers I responded to the advertising campaign and ordered very expensive stroopwafels on 1st December 2023. I too received the intermittent 'customer service' mails apologising and saying they had employed more staff. The last one (19th Dec) promised a gift added to my package as an apology. The order arrived today (9th jan), too late for the Xmas gift it was meant to be, and with no additional 'gift'. This company are disorganised, their mails are misleading and they make false promises. Amsterdam should be ashamed! AVOID.

Still no product

Still no product, ordered 9th dec 23, like everyone else I’ve had the sorry we are swamped with orders email, communication is terrible they never answer emails.The company should have stopped taking peoples money, until they could fulfill their orders. Avoid, save your money.

Update on late order. Like many other dissatisfied customers, I had previously posted about the unfulfilled order from November that never appeared, unintelligible emails, no response etc. However - as an update - today I received my order plus an additional pack. Although extremely late and poor service, the product is delicious and I presume the company was overwhelmed with orders and couldn’t cope pre-Xmas. I am pleased they have fulfilled the order.

UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS

Dreadful company, I placed my order on 6th December and was given a 4-5 working day delivery slot. A few days later I received a generic email saying that they were a little backed up but had brought in more staff. I was not concerned at this point. Christmas has come and gone and despite emailing them I had no response. I opened a claim with PayPal to whom they managed to respond to. At this point, I just want a refund as the items I ordered are of no use anymore. From the messages I have seen on social media, I feel like they are the worst kind of scammers. Shame on them.

Terrible. No items. No communication.

Placed my order on the 3rd December for Xmas. Still waiting. No reply to my emails or contact on Facebook. Have applied to my bank for a chargeback... Terrible company. They are still all over social media selling their products despite the hundreds of customers posting the same as me. Shame

Poor Customer service

I placed an order on 28 November 2023 for Stroopwafels after seeing them advertised on. My money was taken straight away and they stated delivery was 3/4 days.In early December I had an email to say deliveries were delayed due to high number of orders placed.
By mid December I had received nothing, I emailed them and didn't receive a reply.
I received a further email on 25 December to say Orders were still delayed due to high volume.
I had looked up the company on Facebook and in reviews, and it is clear this company takes money without fulfilling Orders properly. They did a big marketing campaign but didn't have the infrastructure to cope with the demand. What is more frustrating is that they are fulfilling orders placed after mine. Surely you process orders on date order.
If I had known how bad they were I would have never ordered from them.
I have opened a case with PayPal to get a refund as I doubt the goods will ever arrive.
