Great customer service, delivery on time and great products.

I bought the Vantop H612T Dashcam in April 2021 and it worked fine until February 2022, when the dashcam started to fail spontaneously every now and then. This kept getting worse until I contacted Vantop support on November 14 2022. I was happy that I got an answer the next day. The asked me if I would to try some things to solve the problem. Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem, but I did find what the problem was. The problem was in the connector of the power cable on the dashcam. I have substructured this with photos and a video and sent it to the vantop support on November 16 2022. Haven't received any response from Vantop support since then, even after a remider from me on December 15 and 29, 2022. This is a pity about the Vantop support, no more vantop products for me.

I have a VanTop Moment 4u 4k action camera, it is terrible.
That camera take video in MOV fotmat and it is take too much space on SD card.
And video quality is very poor. There is no real 4K.
That camera doesn't take 4K video. Also 1080P video quality is very poor too.
It is garbage. I don't trust Vantop comapny.

I am really enjoying this camera. This is the third time I have purchased a go-pro alternative. The first one was not working correctly. The 2nd was just too painful for me as it did not have a touch screen. They both came with the same excellent and plentiful accessories, including the fantastic waterproof cases. They're great for not just being waterproof, but for dust and drop protection.

This Vantop has the same form factor and accessories, but the 4k, better lense, and the TOUCH SCREEN make all the difference in the world. Now I have everything I want in an action cam. Oh, and this also improves on the others with the two batteries and a charger for both at once. Makes a huge difference.

Photos? Save those for your cell phone. This is definitely best suited for its main intention - videos!

Great action camera at an even better price.

VanTop is excellent. My underwater case broke and even a month or two later they sent me a new one. The camera quality is excellent and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Great company and an amazing product (VanTop moment 4). Cheers!

My new VanTop Moment 4 cam is awesome. It preforms much better than another brand that I purchased a couple years ago and cost more. The Moment 4 pictures and video are super sharp under extreme conditions. The touch screen is simple and straight forward, very easy to setup and use. I would highly recommend this cam... And an awesome price as well.
