Very disappointed with my experience with Vanquish Pest Control.

When I initially hired them for a wasp problem, I was told that after the spraying, the wasps would disappear within a few weeks and that the service was guaranteed. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. We are still seeing wasps flying into the premises.

When I contacted them about the ongoing problem, I was told that they would only honour the guarantee if the wasps were coming through the exact same hole they had treated. If they were entering through a different hole, I was told there would be an additional charge. The problem is that they sprayed the entire front of the property, so I have no way of knowing which specific hole the wasps are using.

I was then asked to video the wasps coming into the property and essentially monitor where they were entering. I was even told that I would need to sit there and watch them to determine whether they were using the same entry point. If they weren’t, I could potentially be charged more.

When I hire a professional pest control company, I expect the company to properly diagnose and address the pest problem—not ask the customer to spend the day monitoring wasps and determining which hole they are using.

The most frustrating part is that the guarantee was not explained to me this way when I purchased the service. A guarantee that depends on the customer identifying the exact entry hole after the treatment is not what I understood I was paying for.

Buyer beware. Make sure you get the exact terms of any guarantee in writing before paying for the service, particularly for exterior wasp treatments. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic pest control service! I had a wasp problem inside my house, and Asif was incredibly attentive, thorough, and professional from the start. He went above and beyond to identify and cover the entry points to make sure the wasps couldn’t get back in.

Unfortunately, the wasps were clever enough to find another entry point, but Asif came back a second time and took care of the issue without hesitation. So far, the wasps are completely gone, and I’m incredibly grateful for his promptness, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure the problem was actually resolved.

I’ve used other pest control companies in the past, and the level of service here was significantly better. You can really tell that they care about doing the job properly rather than just treating the immediate problem.

I can’t recommend this company enough. If you’re dealing with a pest issue, definitely give them a call. You won’t regret it!

We had a serious infestation of hundreds of fruit flies. We tried the bug light, drain poison and various traps. We called Asif at Vanquish and he assured us he could get rid of them in one treatment. He did and now we are bug free. We liked his calm reassuring demeanor. Great work Asif!

We haven’t seen any pests since the treatment.

Henry was great, kept us in the loop, we had quite a significant rat infestation, he controlled that an got rid! He is professional and curtious and is a good chap to have around, even came back for a follow up which was free, can't recommend him enough, top bloke 😊 No longer Jones but Ms Southcombe, must update my details x

Amir has been great his committment towards work is good. I searched him via bark and while talking to him he gave me good vibes. I did cockroach treatment in one of the unit and he did very good job. the best part was he did regular followup for next 2 weeks and then he cam back again to fix the issues. He also gave arranty for his work which shows how much confidrnt he is regarding his work! Thanks very much Amir for the work and support!

Asif did bedbug treatment at my rental triplex and did a great job. He is very friendly & professional. His great customer service and after-treatment service is commendable.

Asif did a great job with the mice issue in our basement. We could tell how thoroughly he assessed the area and used the products accordingly. He was professional, clean, and knowledgable.

And effective! I trust him 100% and feel much comfort with hiring him that the job will be done properly.
