They ignore msgs & give you tracking that doesn’t progress

Received samples as ordered. Ordered and received Aus Post tracking number on day of purchase but this didn’t activate or progress any further. Contacted them via message inquiry which they ignored and only after I threatened in the second message to reverse my payment, they finally posted my order but still didn’t bother to reply. Extremely unprofessional company esp since I’m a first time customer. Took 2wks to receive, can’t imagine how long it would have taken if I hadn’t kept contacting them. Avoid

I ordered 2x Mac Pro Longwear…

I ordered 2x Mac Pro Longwear Concealers and they sent me counterfeit products. As soon as I opened the parcel you could clearly see! I emailed the company various times but could never get any response, and lost my money. Big scammers!
The product itself was a different shade, smelt weird and the lid actually screwed off which is impossible for genuine MAC pro longwear concealer due to the airless technology to keep its clarity. The bottles and fonts were wrong and boxes were also off.
They clearly would of known they were selling fake products.

I spent over $100 to sample products instead of the hassle of going to Mecca and asking for numerous samples, all products arrived and looked good but.. the Tatcha products were not too bad -although old there was still some product you could try. Sisley mascara was dried out completely so couldn’t test it at all. Supergoop expired over a year ago and couldn’t retrieve enough in bottle to test. The long shipping probably in hot weather would not help. Overall waste of money - 90% of order went straight in the bin. So if you are wondering if this site is a scam I would say you most likely will get what you ordered but it will be so old and dried out that you won’t even be able to sample it. I do not recommend this site at all and would never purchase again.
