Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital 

Went in February 2026 for arm lift and breast uplift. Although I had no problems with healing and my scars are impeccable there lack of aftercare and no support post surgery ruined the whole experience. Unfortunately the implants bottomed out which surgically wasn’t their fault however their lack of information in the consultation made me waste my time and money. They were very dismissive after didn’t acknowledge their part in a very disappointing and unprofessional service. Very much feel like they get your money. Get your survey done then wash their hands of you, wanted me to pay €3800+ to get a revision when this could have been avoided to begin with. Wouldn’t go back for any other surgeries. Their lack of aftercare and support lets them down entirely.

My husband and I came here a few years ago to get a hair transplant and nose job. There were a number of problems right from the start. Our coordinator didn't explain anything at all about the procedures or the healing stages or prepare us in the slightest for what we ended up having to go through... the only thing that was discussed it "when are you coming? Pay the deposit now - there's a discount now! You will need to stay in instanbul for that many days". When we arrived in Istanbul, my consultation with the surgeon lasted literally 5min. "How do you want your nose to look?". I said "straight and thinner" but we discussed no photos of different possible styles or did any 3D modelling or anything at all. He looked at my nose for a moment and that was it. Pretty crazy! My husband was also not made aware at all about the insanely lengthly recovery process and having to look awful for a year. For months he couldn't leave the house to protect his sculp, but also because he looked so bad and you can do nothing to hide it - no hat, no hood, no beanie. He suffered a lot of pain during the procedure and cleaning the wounds afterwards. Getting 40-50 needles injected into your scalp without numbing cream was awful, then having to listen to them drilling holes into his head to extract the folicales wasn’t any better - nothing was explained to him before. The aftercare was also painful- painful hard massages. After he was feeling better his hair started falling out (shock loss) and he developed puss filled pimples on his scalp and suffered from severe dandruff for over a year. Special shampoos and pills didn't really help much. He now also needs to buy expensive pills for the rest of his life which add to the overall cost. None of that was explained to him at all. For me, the bruising was insane lasting for about 3 weeks - again nothing they mentioned at any point. When we got to the aiport, the airline refused to let me board and requested a "fit to fly certificate" which they failed to provide. Considering our flight was at 6am and we were at the airport at 4am (or something around that time), it was a miracle our after-care coordinator picked up the phone and provided the document, otherwise we would have been left stranded. My nose is now thinner and straight, however I have a tip at the bottom of my nose and it looks so strange when I laugh. I didn't ask to have this and I'm quite self concious about it. Overall the service was nothing like they advertise "5 star luxury" and it's quite shocking how they are not disclosing anything real about the actual procedures or aftercare. They also ask for full payment in cash up front which I find very dodgy. You also don't go to the dentist, hair dresser, aesthetician and pay up front. 2min before I was put under at the hospital they collected the remainder in cash and just handed me a document to sign- no actual time to read it in peace and reconsider if you havr any questions. If you ask they just make it sound very easy peasy and most definitely will not tell you all the risks and severe downsides. They will ask for reviews immediately before you have time to see the final result or go through the healing stages and I refused to do this, so don't feel pressured into it, hence some reviews here may be skewed.

I went to Istanbul to have a breast reduction with Dr Cagatay. About 3 days before my surgery, I asked if we could also do a deep plane face and neck lift. The day of the surgery, I met with the anesthesiologist who said the length of procedures would be too long and we would only be able to do the breast reduction. While I was disappointed, I also want to thank the staff of Vanity for putting my health first. I am so grateful. Now on to the surgery, the staff, Dr Cagatay, Zeynep and of course, Murat. Everyone was very professional, informative and constantly attentive. I felt I was in very good hands and confident with the process from start to finish. I am one week out from surgery but I can already see that the breast reduction is going to be so good and the facial fat transfers- wow! Can’t wait for the fat to settle in and see the final results from my breast reduction. I highly recommend and will be going back next year to do the deep plane and face lift. Very, very happy!

I had Buccal fat removal and chin lipo, the staff from the taxi man to the surgeon everyone was so accommodating and couldn’t do anything more than to put you at ease. Very professional. I would not recommend this clinic. As soon as you arrive, you are asked to pay extra cash for the surgery, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. There is also no proper post-operative care provided. Communication is very poor after the surgery , leaving patients confused and unsupported.

I’m from France, I had a rhinoplasty with vanity clinic and everything went perfectly! I was a bit scared at first because it sounded too good to be true, but it was an actual great experience and I’m very happy of my surgery result.

i got a rhinoplasty and the experience was AMAZING with vanity. all the nurses were so sweet and attentive, my surgeon Dr. Mert Sizmaz is the absolute best ever, his work is very natural and just beautiful. my coordinator Gozel was literally an angel, she was always there no matter what time or day. love this clinic and if i ever do any cosmetic surgery again they will be the one i go to always!!

I had an overall wonderful experience with this clinic from beginning to end. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable,and well taken care of every step of the way.

originally went to Vanity Clinic because I wanted more volume in my buttocks. I had never suffered from sagging and simply wanted a fuller, natural-looking result.
After consulting with Dr Bulgra Ipek, I underwent butt implant surgery. I trusted his judgement regarding implant size and was later told 550cc implants had been used.
Within around two months, I knew something was wrong. The implants appeared to have dropped significantly and were causing considerable pain. I repeatedly contacted my patient coordinator, Irem, and eventually requested a video consultation due to my concerns.
In December 2024, I returned to Turkey for revision surgery. I paid a £300 revision fee as well as flights, accommodation, transfers and medication costs. During my consultation, Dr Ipek explained that he believed the implant pockets needed tightening. He also suggested I may benefit from a butt lift in the future and explained that any future scar could line up with my previous tummy tuck scar and potentially remove part of my lower back tattoo.
Unfortunately, the revision did not resolve the issues. The pain became worse, the implants dropped again, and became so mobile that I could physically move them. They shifted dramatically when sitting and caused ongoing pain and repeated splitting of the skin within my buttock crease.
I was advised to wait around a year before any further surgery. During that time, I remained in contact with Vanity Clinic and made it clear that I wanted the implants removed due to the pain and poor result.
In January 2026, I returned to Turkey for a further procedure. Before travelling, my understanding was that I would be having a lift and that the scar would align with my previous tummy tuck scar. However, around an hour before surgery, after I had already paid and prepared for the operation, I was informed that the procedure would be performed differently using a dermal flap technique and that the scar would be much lower than previously discussed.
Following surgery, I was in so much pain that I paid to remain in hospital an additional night. I felt I received very little aftercare guidance and repeatedly had to contact Irem with basic questions about recovery.
At my final appointment, I raised concerns about how low the scars appeared. Dr Ipek reassured me that they would be hidden within underwear and swimwear. Unfortunately, as the swelling settled, this was not my experience.
Today I am left with highly visible scars that are not hidden by underwear or swimwear, a visible indentation between my buttocks, ongoing discomfort, recurrent splitting of the skin within my buttock crease and significantly more sagging than I had before any surgery.
I have repeatedly provided photographs and asked what can be done. I have been told that this was a "successful revision surgery". I respectfully disagree.
I repeatedly requested:
A second opinion from another surgeon within Vanity Clinic.
The names of the managers who reviewed my case.
Direct communication with senior management.
These requests were not fulfilled. I was only directed to a generic email address and was never provided with the names of those who reportedly reviewed my case.
I was also told that I needed medical tourism insurance for my final revision. Despite requesting clarification and evidence of this requirement multiple times, no satisfactory explanation was provided.
I also became concerned about the financial side of my treatment. There was an incident involving payment that left me uncomfortable, and I later discovered that medications I purchased through Vanity Clinic were available from the pharmacy next door for substantially lower prices, despite Vanity appearing to use the same pharmacy.
The only resolution offered to me has been a 20% discount on further surgery. After three buttock operations, ongoing pain, visible scarring and a result that I believe is significantly worse than before treatment, I do not feel I should be expected to pay again.
I appreciate that all surgery carries risks and that no outcome can be guaranteed. However, based on my experience, the final result, the handling of my concerns, the lack of access to a second opinion and the response to my complaint have left me extremely disappointed and unsupported.

Irem G was the kindest assistant, being available for me all the time and providing all the information in advance, so I didn’t need to worry about anything.

I chatted with Onur on WhatsApp for 3 years before making my decision to have my tummy tuck and liposuction done here. Prior to making my decision Dr. Mert Sizmaz came to Miami, Florida and I was able to meet him in person. That was the deal sealer for me! Prior to arrival I was contacted by Gozel who provided me with all of the information I needed to be prepared. They thoroughly went over my medications and current health to ensure I was a good candidate for surgery. Upon arrival, the transportation picked us up as planned and took us to Mercure Hotel. The check in was seamless and the hotel staff, food and location was excellent! Nurses are on staff at the hotel in case you need anything after surgery. Dr. Mert did my surgery, I stayed at Vanity Hospital for one night, and then was taken back to the hotel. I felt very well cared for during the entire procedure! Nurse Aziza and another nurse both visited me daily to administer my blood thinner injections. I could go on and on about how satisfied I am!! Thank you to all who made this great for me!! You won’t be disappointed- plus what better place to be than Istanbul!!
