Recently ordered a funeral basket,we were calling from Ireland, very professional service, there attention to detail was exceptional, can highly recommend, would definitely use this service again

I gave Van Arthur the simplest brief – just the colours I liked – and Sri absolutely ran with it. What was created for my wedding bouquet was nothing short of breathtaking. It was elegant, unique, and honestly more beautiful than I could have imagined. I got so many compliments on it… such a shame I ended up throwing it to the single ladies! 😅

If I could give a zero I would.
I was really, really disappointed with their handling of my order and the way the flower spray was created and put together. I gave the shop at north harrow good notice to prepare the flower spray for to pick up early monday morning by myself. I paid and they assured me this will be fine only to be really disappointed with the arrangement as they were not ready and were making the spray using many days old flowers for a funeral flower spray making the spray look awful. I had no choice to take spray at the time as i was going directly to the funeral. I will not be using them ever again and would advise others to not use Van Arthur shop in North Harrow.
They should have ordered the flowers ahead they had the time. They should have come in early or prepared the spray the night before as other florists do keeping the spray damp and flowers looking beautiful.
This did not happen for me .
I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

I was so thrilled with the flowers I ordered. They were stunning and so many different types of flower in the bouquet with no rubbish fillers, really excellent quality and looks really high end. Also I ordered after 12 for same day and they were more than happy to do it.

This might be the best florist company in London and I tried a few over the last 12 years of living here. My parents started ordered flowers for me from here and every time the team at VA goes above and beyond to deliver the freshest, stunning looking bouquets, always on time and the customer service is top-notch, very friendly, professional and all around great. There was a tiny mix up because it was an international order (so some stuff got lost in translation) and to fix it, they delivered a whole new bouquet (it was a huge one) and very high quality chocolates with a lovely note from their team attached. I mean seriously, you can't top that. Very happy with this flower shop, hope despite the difficult times for everyone following the Covid-19 they will expand further, we need more businesses like that. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make something special for their loved ones, colleague or a friend. A huge thanks for your business!

Van Arthur helped me organise flowers to the funeral of a loved one just after lockdown period. I waited until 15th June to order (I thought that's when they re-open) but I found out after they were available on the phone the whole time, so my order did end up being a last minute one. They made 2 beautiful name tributes for me and delivered them to Leverton's Funeral Directors in London on time. I really appreciate the patience and kindness shown to me at this difficult time on the phone as I was in tears giving my message to include on a card!!! Thank you so much.

I chose Van Arthur because of the contact free delivery, they were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. My wife LOVED the flowers and the presentation (even the bag they came in looked high end), honestly I can’t thank the florist enough. I will be a lucky man tonight, my son my have a sibling on the way!

Really disappointed with the sympathy flowers I ordered recently they looked nothing like what was shown in website. At such a sensitive time I did not this hassle and cannot describe how angry I feel. Shri really helpful on phone but the order was completely wrong and the whole experience messed up.

I would recommend this florist after my initial order. I asked for specific instructions on delivery which were followed. Good quality and service.

Bought a swiss cheeseplant via their ebay store which was half the size as indicated in their photos and description. Left a poor review which they hastily got ebay to remove as the ebay review system is rigged.
Would suggest you buy in store and not from ebay if you don't want to be very disappointed.

Completely forgot about mothers day this year and needed a last minute bouquet arranged and delivered. Van Arthur florist managed to put together exactly what I wanted and mum was happy! "will definitely be using them again.
