I went with Valve-Direct to order the failing part on my equipment for several reasons. The price was good but more importantly they showed the part in stock and to me quickly. It has been almost a month now and still no part. Their so called 24-hr customer service is a lie. The live chat doesn't work and they still have not responded to the email I sent over 5 hrs ago. My machine is now completely down. Worst supplier ever!
