The product I received was fine

The product I received was fine, the packaging was not. 1 jar was open and useless ( plus all over the others) and one jar was cracked and most of the product had leaked out. So 2 of the 5 jars were useless.

Great customer service

I recieved an vaccine where the tip was broken off the syringe. Called and they sent me a new one the next day. They were friendly and they made the process very easy.
