I have been a Vaja customer since just after the first iPhone was released. I was lucky to stumble onto them when performing an internet search at that time.

I have lost count of how many cases and iPad folios I have purchased over the years. That said, I can't see myself purchasing any other product of its type,

As a professional pilot, I've always preferred the flip top style on my iPhone's. My other half prefers the wallet.

These are the best types of cases for phones and iPads on the planet.

Timeless case

I have had the Vaja top-flip case for every iPhone I have ever purchased, and I absolutely love it. Not only does it protect every part of the phone, it does so with style and class. The leather is supple and easily cared for, only increasing in its appeal as it ages. I cannot say enough good things about this leather case. Still My Go-To After Years — Vaja Nails It Again with the Buckler Grip

Besides there being a definite drop in…

Besides there being a definite drop in quality with my latest case, I was left being chased by Fed-Ex to pay for the shipment from Vaja that they never paid. Very disappointing experience for a premium-priced product and I likely won’t be back for a 3rd time.

Consistently high quality for 3 generations

I've had 3 case from Vaja and and have always appreciate their quality design and materials that are above anything I could find elsewhere. I see other comments about their quality going downhill, but I've never experienced that with their phone cases.

The latest case for the 15 ProMax has a removable wallet that allows charging and car mounting. No one else makes a case a functional and as attractive.

I have had some interaction with CS (Abraham) and his responses are always timely and helpful.

What has happened to Vaja quality?

What has happened to Vaja quality? After being a loyal customer of Vaja products for a number of years I purchased a iPad case confident that the quality was exceptional.
HOW WRONG I WAS. Within months the sides became unglued with the stitching being the only barrier to stop the lining peeling away. Communication with VAJA was initially helpful but quickly descended with them saying “this occasionally happens”. My pursuit of gaining repair/replacement was greeted with a blunt, and patronising, refusal saying “we hope you continue to enjoy your case”.
Very disappointing. I shall never buy from them again and would strongly deter anyone else.

I have been using Vaja cases for more than 10 years in all my iPHones, Vaja cases lasted longer than my iPhone until it’s no longer capable of IOS update. In fairness, this is a good quality product!

Shame.....They used to be so good...... Not any more

After purchasing many Vaja phone cases over the years, i'm afraid this will be the last one. It used be that the case would outlast the phone, not any more. The quality of product and customer service has dropped. The case, less than a year old, the magnet clasp has worn through. Customer service reply...... buy a new one 30% off !!

I have been a loyal customer of Vaja…

I have been a loyal customer of Vaja for over ten years and in that time have made multiple purchases. The quality and the customer service had always been excellent. Recently I decided to buy a case for my iPad Pro and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. When the case arrived the pad did not lock into the frame properly, one corner always popped out. After playing with it and trying everything I could think of I contacted customer service. What I was told after sending them photos was that the corners of the frame where broken (they said this was very unusual) and that if I wanted to order a replacement they would give me 30% off. This was within 6 weeks of receiving it. What an insult. I will never give them another penny for anything.

I've now got to find an alternative supplier and one who actually cares about their customers.

I have owned many Vaja cases

I have owned many Vaja cases. Sadly my last one was defective after just three months. I contacted as vaja should review both my past purchases and documentation of defective case. They did not, they have a terrible warranty. The pictures clearly show that phone case was treated well. Very disappointed, for a premium product.

Absolut luxuriös und erstklassig

Ich bin seit etwa 2010 Nutzer von Hüllen der Firma Vaja. Zunächst gab es sie nur über Drittfirmen, später konnte man sie auch direkt bei der Firma in Argentinien ordern. Seit einigen Jahren betreibt Vaja auch ein Lager in Europa. Eigens angefertigte Farbkombinationen gibt es aber weiterhin nur aus Argentinien mit langer Produktions- und Lieferzeit sowie Zollabfertigung. Die Hüllen gehören für mich zu den luxuriösesten und schönsten, die man bekommen kann. Sämtliche Apple-Produkte kann man damit ausstatten. Meine Favoriten sind die Top-Flipcases für das iPhone - einfach perfekt.
Leider nutze ich seit einigen Jahren iPhone Pro Max Geräte, für die Vaja diese Art von Hülle als einziges Gerät nicht produziert und für die passenden Vaja-Bookcases konnte ich mich nicht begeistern und so musste ich auf Montblanc und Bonaventura ausweichen, die auch sehr schön sind.
Seit kurzem habe ich mir zwei iPhone 16 Pro zugelegt und bestellte sofort die Top-Flipcases in der neuen Ledersorte Pull up. Am Tag nach der Bestellung sind sie bereits aus dem Madrider Lager eingetroffen. Ich bin wieder begeistert. Sie sind schlank, bieten guten Schutz, schließen mit versteckten Magneten und sind haptisch und optisch absolut erstklassig. Sie verströmen noch den Duft des gerade verarbeiteten Leders. So schön diese Hüllen auch sind, mir fehlt adäquates für meine Samsung Geräte, denn Vaja stellt seit längerem nur noch Hüllen für Apple-Geräte her. Schade. Ein herzlicher Gruß geht an das Team, das ich 2019 während der Fashion week persönlich kennenlernen durfte.

I've been using Vaja cases since around 2010. Initially, they were only available through third-party companies, but later, you could also order them directly from the company in Argentina. For several years now, Vaja has also operated a warehouse in Europe. However, custom color combinations are still only available in Argentina, with long production and delivery times and customs clearance. In my opinion, the cases are among the most luxurious and beautiful you can get. You can equip all Apple products with them. My favorites are the top-of-the-line flip cases for the iPhone – simply perfect.
Unfortunately, I've been using iPhone Pro Max devices for several years, for which Vaja is the only device that doesn't produce this type of case. I wasn't enthusiastic about the matching Vaja bookcases and had to switch to Montblanc and Bonaventura, which are also very nice.
I recently acquired two iPhone 16 Pro and immediately ordered the topcases in the new Pull up leather. They arrived from the Madrid warehouse the day after I ordered them. I'm thrilled again. They're slim, offer good protection, close with hidden magnets, and look and feel absolutely first-class. They still exude the scent of the freshly processed leather. As beautiful as these cases are, I haven't found anything suitable for my Samsung devices, as Vaja has been making cases exclusively for Apple devices for some time now. Too bad. Greeting to the team that I had the pleasure of meeting in person during Fashion Week 2019.

Bought direct from Vaja website. Looked good initially. Kept phone in shirt pocket only. Within one year, the once light brown color has worn off in patches. Now looks like it came from the garbage dump. It appears to have been painted instead of dyed. I have other much, much cheaper cases that have held up for many years. I will never buy Vaja again.

Typically good products but...

Typically good products but why they have to ship for FEDEX signature required is crazy. I don't have enough time to drive over the the next state to pick up from facility nor do I want to sit home all day waiting for delivery. What are they thinking about signature deliver on a phone case!!

Big mistake

Ordered a pair of leather sneakers, big mistake, ordered a size larger but they were to tight in fact i had a job to even get them on, so after paying £72 customs and £41 to send back to the USA i am well out of pocket plus i was expecting better for the price. i have orderd from this company many times and enjoyed the lovely craftsmanship that goes into there other products shame about this.

Vaja has horrible service/no help

The support team is horrible. I've purchased leather phone cases from them before, and had no issues.

Recently tried to buy a leather jacket that was on sale for holidays and getting help from customer support was like pulling teeth. It felt like they did not want me to get the item at the discounted price and made me wait until the sale was over before offering me a solution that required to buy the item at a higher price. No thank you. I'm writing this of my list of companies to buy from moving forward.

I would not trust the marketing

They have excellent leather, but the customer service. Bought a case with promised wireless charging. Did not work. Checked with other case from Vaja and it worked. They will investigate they said. The charger is from Logitech. One of biggest certified Apple products, bought on apple store. They claim that is not currently in the apples tore and that is why its not an approved charger. Very bad. This is a charger bought from apple and work with other Vaja Cases. Go and buy a new charger was their answer, even if the charger work perfectly, also with other Vaja Cases
