Utterly useless product the pump is not portable it has to be plugged into the mains and your hoover will compress the bag flatter and far quicker than the pump which is still struggling to compress ONE pillow after 30 minutes!! Trading standards should investigate the company’s product description and tv advertising as its claims are totally untrue.

Their website is works great and ordering is easy. They have supplies too. We use their machines both in our kitchen and warehouse. I would recommend them over other brands.
