Lovely resort

Everything my booking was changed four days before I left England to go to France , the site I was given was an insult,I booked in went to the pitch and straight back to recito tell them I was leaving

Great website, lovely people to deal with, very helpful.

Simply and easy experience to book and a great selection of locations and accommodation types. High recommendation from me and 2nd holiday we have booked, and we will be booking more!

I booked for next year but I don’t like that the price may change and that I can’t book my flights until I get final confirmation.

Easy to navigate the website. Booking on line was very easy. Our second holiday with VacanceSelect as prices offered are good. Would certainly use them again

Union lido was wonderful, I only wish we had booked directly with them. VacanceSelect or Suncamp who where the onsite operator's where just awful. The cabin was old , leaking, smelly , bunkbed ladder broken, windows broken (i could go on) and when we complained onsite, Suncamp, husband and wife team, where rude angry intimidating and did nothing to help only scream and shout and terrify my 4 small children. It was so awful that we just made do so as not to have to deal with this couple again.
When we came home and complained to VacanceSelect the customer service was diabolical. Rude, not interested and no genuine concern for all that we experienced. Our holiday was ruined. Nearly 2.5k for 10nights accommodation, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Please save yourself money and heartache and DO NOT BOOK WITH VACANCESELECT.

Searching engine and support center score 1: misleading selection process: person is classified as a child under 17, but is eventually considered an adult. Worst customer support centre I have ever encountered: unhelpful, unfriendly operator who gives standard answers and useless help. The operator's name is Bela G.
The campsite operator score 5: quick and efficient help when I asked for a change in the number of passengers.
Mobilhouse operator score 5: helpful and friendly operator, all problems were solved promptly and well. The Mobilhouse operator's name is Marko.

The house was dirty - glasses and plates didn’t see detergent for sure, there wern’t any bad sheets or towels, bouth sun beds were broken, terase and equipement on the terase was in bad shape. We were trully disapointed. I recomand them to take out beds next time and power off the electricity. They know very well what are they doing, becouse you can rent sheets and towells from them. Bravo! Who takes off sheets and then rent them? That was not proffessional.

I had a wonderful week at Camping Le Jard with VacanceSelect. This is friendly well equipped campsite and is close to beautiful beaches. The entertainment is varied every night and the restaurant and bar staff are excellent.

Quick, precise and informative pages and booking process. So far so good (not yet departed to our holiday spot)

Very quiet place, suitable for families with children, near the beach and swimming pools (it is free). Beautiful view. Mobile homes were clean with large terrace.
Staff services - exellent.

Close to restaurants, children's playground, small shop, village...

negative
- parking not directly next to the mobile home, (but not far away),
- wifi only at the pool, reception and restaurant,
- the road from the beach and in the camp at least "hills" could have asphalt (it is difficult to push a carriage there)
- they do not separate waste (plastic, glass, nothing...)
- mosquitoes in the evening

Good presentation of tents and mobile homes. Easy reseevation and guick responds.

Nice construction, cosy tent (called lodge tent holiday premium) , but unfortunately 4-5 meters away from the garbage dump of Valkanela. The vehicles start their buzzing at 5 in the morning. It is impossible to rest at this point of the campsite. Owners should not rent out this section of the camping.
