Great experience thank you
I didn't have great service experience before possibly due my credit score but it looks great for now. I was filling up my finance application twice recently online. I didn't expect much from it because everything was happening over the weekend. I believe nobody works over weekend because no human factor involved but nicely surprised all was going smoothly.

Staff helpful and friendly. Delivery of furniture arrived within time slot. Again delivery guys respectful and helpful. Took time to answer questions on managing reclining instructions. Good to get double discount at sales too.

New settee was not set up for us properly, had to do it ourselves. This means won’t be making any repeat purchases. 😞
We pay for delivery and set up 3. Seater sofa , but not been conected . I PHONE people in 10. Min when i see mistake , they back and conect front of seat, then gone. I look another seat - not conekted on back,.
