after almost 3 years I'm still waiting for the flight refund. They never messaged me back, nor they're replying to email or phone calls
I booked a flight via airfinder (Airfinder is managed by Flygpoolen AB and Flygpoolen belongs to UVET. just check the homepage of Uvet and search for airfinder) and I have been waiting for the money since May 2020. It says each time on my request "As soon as we recieve your money from the airline we will make the repayment to you".
I have provided evidence that the airline has transferred the money, however Airfinder/Uvet contradicts this. UVET as the parent company hides Airfinder and rips-off people. The money was transferred to UVET and on request to UVET they do not give any information.
Take care when you book via UVET, very unserious!!!!!!

Su 5 camere , 3 le hanno posizionate in una struttura fatiscente non all altezza. Il direttore si è sempre negato e non ha voluto parlare con noi. alla fine abbiamo dovuto adattarci in due camere una da 4 e una da tre. Il tutto con un ristoro di 600€, ma solo dopo la condizione di cancellare la nostra prenotazione su booking.com che è stato completamente assente nella vicenda. NON CI HA TUTELATO. Credo si opportuna una denuncia alle autorità competenti. ANCHE PERHE' LO FANNO SISTEMATICAMENTE ANCHE CON UN GRUPPO CHE ERA ARRIVATO CON NOI. Per il resto ottimo il ristorante e gentile il personale.

On 5 rooms, 3 have placed them in a bad structure not up to par. The director has always denied himself and did not want to talk with us. At the end we had to fit us in two rooms one for 4 and one for three. All with a refreshment of € 600, but only after the condition of canceling our booking on booking.com which was completely absent in the affair. BOOKING.COM DIDNT HELP US. IT DID NOT PROTECT US. believing it appropriate to report to the competent authorities ALSO BECAUSE THEY DO IT SYSTEMATICALLY ALSO WITH ATHER GROUP THAT HAD ARRIVED WITH US. For the rest, the restaurant is excellent and the staff are polite.
