5 Star service
I ordered a Shimano reel from Uttings, when it arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong model. I simply filled out a return form and asked for a exchange for the correct model. On receipt of the return I received my correct reel the next day. I cannot express how much I am impressed with the service I received along with delivery service and the best price on that model. Top notch 5 star service Uttings well done.
