I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and used to find plenty of beautiful options on Utsav. However, I’ve noticed recently that the selection has become more limited, and prices have increased significantly. I found myself having to search quite a bit to find an outfit that matched my taste.
I also wanted to share a suggestion regarding sizing and fit. It would be incredibly helpful if you could offer a petite section, especially for lehengas and Anarkali suits. For customers who are shorter and fuller in build, finding the right fit can be challenging. For example, selecting a bust size of 36 often results in a garment that's far too long.
A petite-friendly option would go a long way in making your beautiful clothing more accessible and comfortable for a broader range of customers. I hope you’ll consider this feedback, as I truly enjoy shopping with your company and would love to continue doing so.

Please fix the mobile app
I started the process of ordering a saree on the mobile app and I wanted it to be with custom made blouse and petticoat. After I gave a lot of measurements in the end something happened with the app and the process got reset.
The second time I gave up the idea of a stitched blouse and petticoat but couldn´t click on the button in the lower part of the screen as it was in the same place as the Home button of the mobile. I managed to finish the order in a computer browser.

They are now rotten to the core
They are now rotten to the core. They do not help with a problem. They always keep saying they will reply in 24 hours. I have a delivery that has gone missing and nothing is being done about it. I have also tried to contact Fedex their UNTRUSTED delivery partner and they do not answer to me as I am not their customer.
