Shipping and quality and patience
The Utopia Team had a lot of patience whilst my order was going through with me changing cars at the time having to get a new V5C for my new reg, the plates arrived legit like 1 day after I sent them the new logbook, the quality is insane and will be ordering from them again in the future, mad respect to Angel

Private plate
Ordered a private plate for our daughter for a surprise for Xmas and having never bought one before the lovely people at utopia guided us through the whole process. We managed to keep it a secret til xmas morning when our daughter was thrilled with her present and utopia handled everything great experience start to finish.

Not what I'd call a company with morals
Not what I'd call a company with morals. I ordered a plate and changed my mind shortly afterwards. Note that I hadn't sent them any documents and I changed my mind almost immediately after ordering. Hence they definitely didn't start to make my plates and had not incurred any costs at this point. Yet this company wanted to charge me £5 for administration for my refund! This is the first time I have EVER known a company to charge you for cancelling an order. Lots of other plate companies out there, try elsewhere. Note that they did give me my £5 back in the end but this isn't acceptable.

Utopia have the best tool for configuring your plates and the buying process is simple. I sent them all the relevant documentation late one night and they were shipped first thing the following morning! The 5 character plate fits perfectly onto my JDM import front plate mount.

2. Illegal Number Plates: We do not produce illegal number plates, and we are transparent about this policy on our website. With this in mind, you placed an order for illegally spaced number plates and expected us to break the law for you. We adhere strictly to legal standards, and our refusal to produce plates that do not comply with these standards is in line with our commitment to quality and legality.
3. Cancellation Fee: The £5 charge you mentioned is a standard cancellation fee outlined in our terms of service. This fee covers the costs we incur from our payment processor when an order is canceled. We are transparent about this policy to ensure customers are fully informed, including stating it on the number plate builder page.
4. Customer Conduct: We strive to treat all our customers with respect, and we expect the same in return. Our staff reported that the interaction was difficult due to being repeatedly talked over, which is not conducive to resolving issues effectively.
