Slow service
Slow service, when offering to sell coins they first tell you it’s enough, then when contacting you get connected to the most rude person ever. No eye for costumers, even the livechat is filled with bots (or people reacting like bots)
Edit: the reaction is exactly how they are hahah! (Blaming everyone but themselves) Ofcourse they did everything perfect and I know for sure people will see who’s innocent and y’all just helped me to prove it, thanks!

Hello,
You reached our live support and the agent informed you of the contact methods you can use if you want to sell, without any disrespectful reply. However, we do not take everything people sell. We explained that we only take bulk stock for the game you consulted, but then you started swearing bad words, over and over. You showed no respect in the first place and then left us a 1-star review, I assume people can tell who is the innocent part.
