They refused to award me with 4000…

they refused to award me with 4000 avios after i used Avios app/uswitch energy switch, just removed it from Avios pending, canot be trusted, shambles.

Login to new account not useful

The switch itself seems to have worked OK but once complete Uswitch told me to log into my new account at once. This proved impossible and much timewasting communication with the new provider told me that the account wasn't ready yet and try again in a few days.
