No item, no response, need a refund.
Ordered a hydration pack 18/06 and paid express delivery (3 days), got an email that UPS would deliver it 20/06.
It's now 27/06 and despite sending four emails (21, 24, 25, 26 June) I still have no update nine days after my order. I explained that if I don't receive it by 28/06 I'll need a refund because I'll have to go and buy an alternative before I fly to my event on Monday, but still no response.
I had one reply on 25th after my second email, from Jonatan E, that he would contact UPS, then no reply to two subsequent chase emails and the tracker remains unchanged - package at Malmo airport with a note 'As requested by the sender, the package is being returned. Contact the sender for additional information.'
Have therefore now just sent a fifth email to request the refund.
