I have been dealing with advanced tech support then US tech support for many years now and I have found the technicians excellent over that period of time.
Today was excellent with Macky as always (I have dealt with him before). Easy to understand and teaches me a bit at the same time as fixing up my computer – I totally recommend him. You guys do everything well.
I do have a little bit of a time wasting period when I book in – and they are only doing their job correctly – but they always try to get me to change to a yearly payment at very good savings and I always tell them no, that I am happy paying a monthly amount.
The reason I am happy is that previously I did change to yearly and it was the worst thing that I ever did - because they totally stuffed things up and it cost me a lot of time to get things sorted out. A few people that I spoke to on the phone from 'billing' ended up being very rude and un-obliging.
It would be good if you could put on my account a note to not ask me to change to yearly so that I don't have to go through that process every time I phone in.
Since I've been booking online, (I used to phone in), it is a lot better and the last two times the agents were very respectful and ceased their trying to get me to convert to yearly after I said no.

I called for help in installing the new System Mechanic software. Pedro not only installed it, but spent a lot of time cleaning up my old computer to maximize its performance. He went way beyond what I expected the tech support to do. He was fantastic!
Well I haven't started using the product yet but so far the staff has been superb. My technician Mark Lucas helped me through some deep waters and made me understand my issue I was facing with confidence to be able to move on and get what I needed done. Also, to be able to understand the benefits of what the program can do which will fit right in to what I need it to do.

I decided to update my Windows 10 to Windows 11 on my own and found myself in a deep hole. My PC would not load correctly and after 2 hours of Googling the problem and attempting to fix it myself, I made a call to USTech Support. I saw that they had good ratings on Trustpilot, so I took a chance. I was very happy I did. My tech was Mark and within 30 minutes he had my PC up and running perfectly with Windows 11 installed properly. Mark was great and there were no communication issues. The company responded to my call within minutes and Mark was on my computer by the time I hung up the phone scheduling a tech. I will be saving their number for any future issues.
