Just a joke of a company and borderline fraudulent

I closed my account in 2022 and have an email substntiating so. Despite sendinfg everything back and receiving this email, they kept my account open and have been charging me fees monthly. I have called every number available on the web and all I can get is yet another salesperson who could care less about my issue. I started researching them online, and they have very bad reviews on multiple websites. Never ever do business with them!
