uShip is a middleman, that connects people who need something shipped with drivers who look for loads in their area. I have used them multiple times.
Several times their shippers have left me hanging, not showing up or even using a truck being transported to haul other loads for other uShip customers. However, most of the time and most recently the shipper performed exactly as promised and exactly as expected. I would use them again, and probably will, as other trucking companies have let me down several times too. With uShip you can communicate with the driver, see their feedback and their cancellations, even ask to see their insurance to know your load is covered.

pnslogistic201212 left us in the lurch. Shipper lost all the hardware required for the very expensive bed he picked up in New Orleans and delivered to Maine. Told us his truck broke down delaying delivery and then when he arrived stated that he DID get the hardware, but must have left it in broken truck. ZERO proactive communication from this shipper, ALWAYS us chasing him. He promised to mail the hardware, but 3 weeks after delivery, still no hardware & HE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING to our texts asking for completed service we paid him for.

uShip always does me right. This time they picked up an SUV in Syracuse and drove it to Minnesota during a huge blizzard. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition and it took them only 45 hours despite the weather. Very professional and great communication/updates along the way.
