This company is not very ETHICAL…

This company is not very trustworthy and does not allow you to leave the subscriptions. Be very careful. Our company contracted with there company for the use of UserGuiding. We never fully implemented the system and the person that contracted has since left our company. The email that was used as admin was the person that left who incidentally did not have authorization to contract a subscription. Since we do not use UserGuiding the subscription never came up to notify that it was auto renewing. We missed the renewal cancelation by 10 days. Now they are requiring we stay the whole year and will not refund our money even though that have evidence that we do not use the product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE VERY BAD ETHICS!

Good in-app product tours

We have used Userguiding to provide in-app tutorials / onboardings of the software, which saves us time on having to provide live trainings. It's also proven useful for sharing product updates and collecting NPS data.

Initially there was some miscommunication but UG resolved this matter fairly.
