No Online Link for Cancellation of Subscription

My wife accidentally bought a subscription instead of a single order of a pack to give to our grandson for his birthday. We were surprised to receive notice the next month that a second order was on the way. I immediately went to the website to cancel the subscription, only to find NO LINK to be able to do that, even though their help and FAQs say that you can (using different and conflicting instructions). I have contacted their support personnel, who are responsive, but as yet have received no confirmation of the cancellation. FIX YOUR WEBSITE! It shouldn't be this hard to manage my orders!

I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. It shouldn’t be difficult to manage your own orders, especially when it was an honest mistake at checkout. I completely understand how annoying it would be to receive notice of another order and then not be able to clearly find a cancellation link, particularly when the help pages suggest it should be there.

You’re right to expect that this process is simple and transparent. If the instructions are conflicting or unclear, that’s something we need to fix properly. Your feedback about the website is fair and we are actively reviewing the subscription management flow to make it more straightforward.

If you haven’t yet received confirmation, please reply directly to support with your order number and we will ensure written confirmation of the cancellation is sent through promptly.

Mum uses it and loves it too!

A little goes a long way and I actually believe now all the hype. As a woman I also used the body wash product and found I now have less body Oder. My son is also a big fan as is his dad.

This product is wonderful for my 13 and…

This product is wonderful for my 13 and 14 year old boys although I would like to purchase the wipes by themselves or even have the option of picking a second packet of wipes with order as they stay at mates house and don't like taking an entire kit with them.

That’s a really practical suggestion about the wipes too. It makes complete sense that they’d want something easy to grab when staying at a mate’s place instead of taking the whole kit. I’ll pass this directly to our team as packaging flexibility is something we’re actively reviewing as we grow.

We love the product

We love the product, my 10 year old son uses it all the time and is encouraged to shower because if it. He has a caddy it keeps it in his room, taking it back and forth so no one uses his (his 13 year old brother also has his own). We have noticed less teenage smell in the house since they have been using it. I just can't work out how to stop my subscription, not because we dont want it owlr are stopping using it, but we have enough for now.

Brilliant products

A great natural alternative

The products are great and awesome for my preteen. We have found not using products with synthetic ingredients actually reduced body odour. So now we are phasing everything out and only using Manly.

Issue Resolved with Excellent Customer Service

I recently experienced an issue where I was charged for an order after being advised that my subscription had been cancelled. At the time, this was frustrating and caused unnecessary stress.

However, Callum personally reached out to me, apologised sincerely, and processed a full refund promptly. I really appreciate the way this was handled once it was brought to his attention.

Mistakes can happen, but good customer service makes all the difference. I’m very happy with the product itself and will happily order again in the future when we run out.

Tried to cancel and can't - big scam

Tried to cancel and can't. They keep sending more and more and billing my credit card. Emailed multiple times requesting cancellation and only get automated replies.
22/02/2026 Received an apology and confirmation of cancellation. However, this only came through AFTER we had lodged the initial review with Trustpilot. Nuf said.

Great customer service

I ordered 3 sets of products and initially only received 1 set. It was around the holidays so understandably a busy time where things could get overlooked. I highly recommend shampoo and conditioner. I bought this products for my husband but, honestly me and my daughter use it too. Haha)
