This site is extortion £29.99 pounds for 2 weeks on there site! We are getting taken advantage of as working class people trying to sell a vehicle. I spoke to a dealer and they stated there advertisements don’t get deleted automatically after 2 weeks and they don’t pay £30 pounds to list one vehicle either. This site is a disgrace should only be £5 pounds and the add should stay on until sold! Waste of money use gumtree it’s better value for money and they don’t just delete your advertisement. This site needs a good looking over who ever runs it.

comes across as No 1 site in Ni for selling your car ....ITS NOT ...in the period of time my EXPENSIVE ADD..was live ...i got NO ! intrest feedback !! but ...GUMTREE ADD generated 5 enquires and a SOLD. Would i advocate site to others ? NO ... why ....because its overloaded with car traders selling ! Not buying ....its DEFINATLEY not worth the add fee ...would i use again ? No ..because theres no need to ..GUMTREE IS BETTER ......

My daughter purchased an Audi A1 from Steven on Monday and he couldn't be more than helpful looking after us with no pressure. Had a problem with my advertisement trying to edit it so I contacted used cars n.i. and a fella named Matthew responded to my message very promptly and gave me advice as to what may be the problem. All sorted now so thanks Matthew, regards Leslie

Usercarsni website looks more like fraud and money grabbing business. Not a single call from private buyer where caller said he called referencing usedcarsni website. All those who called referencing usedcarsni website were traders looking to make their cut. They wanted to buy car at rock bottom price and then sell at inflated price.

Fortunately I and released advertisement on autotrader and Gumtree as well. So it was sold.

On uaedcarsni, advertised for 5-6 times each time only option i got was 2 weeks £22.99 something with no other option to save money.

Useless

Money wasted and lesson learnt hard way. I don't sell cars often. But next time won't give penny to usedcarsni

Found a 2013 Citroen DS3 1.6 VTi Dstyle Plus on Used Cars Ni. Asked the dealer if this car was available to buy and Philip got back to me right away to say the car had just got to them, needed a service and a few things but otherwise I could come and see the car at the mechanics the following week.
Myself and my partner travelled to see the car, just to look over it and decide if I wanted to purchase it.
Very quickly messaged Philip to say I was on the way to put deposit down to secure the car and look at all the paperwork belonging to it which I was fully shown.
Was offered a 3 month warranty on the car and also took out a further 12 months which was a very easy process to do.
Very good communication throughout the whole process and nothing asked was a bother or since.

I RECENTLY. PLACED AN ADD WITH USEDCARS.NI. I NOTICED AFTER ABOUT A WEEK OF ADVERTISING WITH NO RESPONSE THAT THE COUNTERS ON THE ADD SAID 120 DAYS 3 PRICE CHANGES .I HAD PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED THE CAR MONTHS AGO AND WASNT AWARE OF THE COUNTERS NOT RESETTING TO 0 FOR A NEW ADD .
I PHONED USEDCARS.NI AND TALKED TO A MEMBER OF STAFF I ASKED FOR THE ADD TO BE RERUN FROM THE START WITH THE COUNTERS RESET I WAS OFFERED A COUPLE OF DAYS GRACE AS THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE COUNTERS EARLIER ,WHICH OF COURSE I COULDN'T BECAUSE I WAS UNAWARE MYSELF. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS THEY OFFERED ME ONE WEEKS GRACE SAID I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM EARLIER AND SENT ME THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS .LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASH THERE HANDS OF IT .I REFUSED AN EXTRA WEEK AND ASKED FOR A REFUND AS IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD BEEN TRYING TO SELL THE CAR FOR MONTHS AND ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYER WOULD BE PUT OFF THINKING THERE WAS SOMTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR . THE MEMBER OF STAFF I WAS TALKING TO I FOUND OUT WAS THE MANAGER WHO WOULDN'T TAKE MY PHONE CALLS AND SENT AN EMAIL THAT THE CASE WAS CLOSED.
HERE IS A COMPANY THAT BY THE PRESS OF A BUTTON COULD HAVE SORTED THE ISSUE WITH NO EXPENSE TO THEMSELVES AND COULD HAVE KEPT A CUSTOMER.
UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE LOST A LONG TERM CUSTOMER,NOT THAT THERE WORRIED AS MOST OF THEIR ADDS ARE TRADE ADDS .
IN SUMMARY COULD I RECOMMEND USEDCARS. NI ? I WOULD SAY SAVE YOUR MONEY THERE ARE PLENTY OF FREE ADDS OUT THERE AND ALSO SITES LIKE AUTOTRADER WITH MUCH WIDER COVERAGE. I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS COMPANY AND THAT FOR THE SAKE OF A RERUN OF THE ADD OR A £22.99 REFUND THEY ARE HAPPY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER. MAYBE THEY COULD PUT THE MONEY TOWARDS A REFRESHER COURSE IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
In response your services are far from fair and transparent. And as regards to your ad counters we're does it say anywhere in your small print that if you put on a new ad the counters keep rolling and even if they did they shouldn't if I'd have known I would never have advertised with you and wasted my money .this if you can be of any help just reach out well i did and you weren't of any help refusing to answer my calls or emails if you genuinely want to be of help just refund me £22.99 instead of making excuses .all I can say to any potential customers if you have any problems with usedcars.ni they will probably try to blind you with science tell you read the small print and there off the hook and blame you so it makes them feel justified as to why they won't refund you .

Great customer service, delivery and general conduct. I live in the UK and the communication, servicing of the vehicle and condition was spot on!

I brought a jaguar Fpace from jim in june 2024 .he had only started selling and was in in process of setting up he hadnt got in place warranty for his buisness but assured me that he would sort any problems with the car , 6 months later my steering system failed and was told would cost at least £3500 I contacted Jim and can honestly say his response was 1st class . Collected car next day and had steering column replaced . No questions asked . I would say any profit Jim mmade from the sale was wiped out with that repair . So i would highly recommend his company for anyone looking a second hand vehicle . Thanks again Jim

they sold me a beautiful Scirocco r line the car was immaculate well kept very clean all the service valeting was done perfect kudos to Reilly Motors

not only did I buy this car but my dad was that satisfied with the service and the upkeep of the cars he decided himself to buy a lovely Skoda Superb again the car and the spec was next to none

Fast forward a month later my wife decided to buy a new car as she's just come of her R plates
My instant to go to was reilly motors, my wife looked on their website and found a lovely seat Riley Motors worked with us and helped us build the perfect deal and warranty I can't fault this company they work with you and alongside you and treated with loyalty and respect and stick by their word!!

I am from Belfast and I do not mind traveling back and forth because I know what I'm getting With this family run company

Recently purchased a Hyundai IX35 from McCartan Motors in Dunmurry through usedcarsNI. I was very happy with our experience. Ciaran sold me the car with a promise to MOT it before the 3 month warranty was up. He came through on that and fixed a minor issue under warranty, also supplying us with a replacement vehicle . Great service carried out really quickly. I'd recommend UsedcarsNI as a safe and trustworthy way to buy a car without any worries.

Cm Cars Ltd. who sell through this domain, Didn't Honour the warranty on Volvo V60 D4
I bought a car from this company, it broke down on day 30 of the warranty, they refused to honour the warranty and went straight into "We need to get an independent review done" with no offer of a replacement vehicle, I am 61 years old and have been driving over 40 years and regularly check the fluids in all my cars, the oil light did not come on, the first I knew was the oil pressure light coming on, and engine noise and stopped the vehicle immediately.
I was left with a broken car which needed a new engine. I had no car for three months, Ben the sly salesman lied to me over and over again, I never got to speak to the owner Jason, refused to take my calls, calls never returned and left with no other route than the legal route, I have copy of warranty available on request.

Out the best part of £10K I had to sell the car broken for £2500.00 and purchase another vehicle obviously from a different company.

They write answers to my review that makes them sound helpful but they avoided me and again I repeat Ben "the sly salesman" Lied time and time again and eventually refused to answer my calls, beware!

They have a church service video running on their showroom TV, which suggests they are decent, ethical, of high moralistic people, I received the furthest thing from Christian like behaviour from this company, Ripped off!!

Total waste of money £19.99 for 2weeks. My M3 had ZERO traction from their site.

I had more interest from the FREE sites **gumtree & Facebook - even auto trader was only £5

I advertised on a number of sites, this was the most expensive, the ad ran for the shortest period and had the least replies, waste of money

the website is overpriced and only gives you 2 weeks... ive never sold a car there and wont be advertising again

they value your car more so they can charge £12.99. if you put price going by their valuation you wont get your car sold in two weeks. so they can carge you again.
no fees below £1500 is scam

Poor experience , took 4 days for my add to be posted, no notice of impending expiry just dumped off the site no email to contact website.
Won't be rushing back.
