poor internal software and support system resulting in a lot of wasted time for a customer.

After a recent surgery and follow up to remove stitches, I get an email that says I owe money for not showing up for an appointment.
I go to the portal, it doesn’t recognize my name or password. The portal has no contact phone numbers shown.
I go to the website and call the main number, I go through the options and choose billing inquiry. It asks me the location. I answer and it says agents are tied up and will call me, so I press the number for a call-back.
I receive a call back from a lady who tells me the name of the doctor with whom they show I had an appt but did not show. I tell them the names of my two doctors there and tell them I don’t know the doctor that she shows and I have no record of an appt or a record of receiving notice of the appt.
After holding a while. The agent tells me that they will have to call the doctor showing on her records to get this removed.

Two weeks pass--- go to steps 1-6 above and read it again---that’s the same thing that happened again. When I tried to reach Dr. Wong who did my recent surgery, I get a message which says he has left their firm and moved out of state.

Today I called the billing office, again. They told me that they still have the record of my last conversation but they haven’t had time to talk to the doctor about the mistake, so the system sent me the demand payment email again. She said they would get back to me when possible. She was very friendly and cordial and apologized about what’s going on. So my point is, good surgery, but lousy backroom systems that apparently don't have good access the to doctors or understand the system.

This is not a user friendly system and is not a good way to treat patients who have to spend a lot of time trying to correct your company’s mistake.

All I have done is waste my time

They said I would get a prescription within 24 hours and I didn't. I have hives and itchy skin all over my body as well as round circular red patches on my neck. The best I can do to talk to them is fill out a contact form that I don't even know when I'll be answered. Such a bad service, they should not be offering such a service.
